The food was pretty good, but some of the staff working at the payment area were unpleasant and unprofessional when interacting with clients, as they were legitimately rude when you request anything slightly more inconvenient, such as splitting the bill between 4 people. Unfortunately it slightly ruined the experience

The francesinha was so cold, They cooked the food and just poured hot sauce on it when serving. We ordered extra sauce when we started, but they brought it to us after we finished eating.
