PIZZA DA CHEF – Impasto farina “Tipo 2” di cereali antichi e moderni per una pizza ideata per valorizzare specifici prodotti stagionali. La congiunzione tra una pizza e un vero piatto di alta cucina.

LA PALA – L’impasto ad alta idratazione con un mix di farine macinate a pietra, croccante con gli alveoli tipici della vera pizza in pala alla romana. Un modo leggero e diverso di immaginare la classica pizza al taglio.
