Taller Arzuaga se ubica junto a las Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro, en plena milla de oro de la Ribera de Duero. Bajo la dirección del prestigioso chef peruano Víctor Gutiérrez, este espectacular restaurante, ofrece una cocina castellana, de vanguardia y especializada en la caza de la finca La Planta. Situado en un entorno relajante, con vistas a los viñedos y al interior de la bodega, no es de extrañar que cuente con una estrella Michelin a sus espaldas. El Taller cautiva a la clientela en muchos sentidos y es que, combina diseño con alta gastronomía, fusionando lo mejor del recetario castellano y peruano. Y así, Gutiérrez, hace magia a través de platos como el de atún, coco, piñones y maíz, el cordero confitado con mollejas o sus menús cerrados, que se pueden degustar con o sin maridaje. Claro que, renunciar al maridaje, no se entiende estando en el santuario de los vinos Arzuaga.
