6/10The food looked spectacular but was somewhat let down by the taste. Definitely a case of looking better than it tasted. Sneaky £7 service charge added to the bill and £5 for a bottle of water which is beyond a rip off! £9 for a pint of cobra…Service was slow. I wouldn’t go back

10/106/9/2024 Ate at Talwar Kitchen. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, great service and beautiful spacious, setting and layout restaurant. It was my husband birthday and the staff bought out a slice of cake with candles on and wished him happy birthday even though they weren't aware that it was his birthday, they overheard us talking to another customer and picked up on it. very attentive. highly recommend .

10/10Very nice restaurant, quite and nicely decorated rooms, attentive waiting and tasty food. We had the tasting menu, with the Fork offer/discount we found at a bargain. Hopefully many more customers for this place

9.5/10Slight confusion over recent name change, but the food was simply lovely. Attentive service, and decent drinks to accompany sumptuous food courses (monkfish starter was awesome). Goat curry was similarly delicious. Deserved to have more diners enjoying the restaurant...visit, if you're local.
