After putting it off for years, we finally went here on 1/4/2017. Food was excellent, as expected, but two things were not up to the high standards we were expecting. One was that we had to pay 4,25 for a liter of kraan water. I know this is a Michelin start restaurant, but 4,50 for plain water - really?? The second was that my husband thought his double espresso was bitter and very nicely mentioned to the waitress that perhaps they should look into this. She told him he was the first person who had said that and that he was wrong. She then offered him another cup which he declined. Everyone has diffeent tastes, of course, but she could have been a bit more polite about it,
