The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared. Only the octopus-mango salad was a bit dull. Service was excellent, quick and with a smile. Nice discovery.

The food was delicious and the staff were helpful! My friend found the sangria to be quite sweet (in a good way), the jamon was great, and they had a pretty good selection of vegetarian tapas. We'll definitely be returning here in the future.

It was a late Sunday evening and we started to get hungry. It was already 21:00 and I was searching for a restaurant where we still could have dinner. We found this place, called if they had a table free and if we could still have dinner upon arrival; it was still possible. Thank God! We arrived around 21:45 and ordered a nice bottle of RIOJA SEMI CRIANZA, which the nice Spanish waitress recommended. After a quick look at the menu, we ordered a couple of tapas: PAN CON TOMATE Y AL I OLI, LÁGRIMAS DE POLLO, GAMBAS PLANCHA (the large portion), PATATAS BRAVAS, ESPÁRRAGOS A LA PLANCHA and CALAMARES A LA ROMANA. I visited Spain for the first time in august last year and fell in love with the culture and food. So I was delighted to see and taste that the food and atmosphere was the same.

The Lagrimas de pollo was sooo good, crunchy, tasty chicken with honey mosterd sauce. Not too sweet and not too spicy. The Calamares a la Romana was like I tasted it in Spain, soft meat and dry batter; not oily at all. Everything was perfect. The waitress spoke only English or Spanish. She was quick, nice and informative. I was with my boyfriend and we were a bit cuddly. She knew exactly when to leave us alone and when to stop by to ask something or fill our glasses. The restaurant was still full with people having a drink and a small bite, a very nice atmosphere.

After all the food, we finished our bottle of wine. There was no haste from the kitchen staff. we ordered the creme the catalana and some other desert made out of rice. Thats where the evening turned a bit. The deserts where way too cold. I think it would have tasted better at room temperature. So no dessert for us next time, but the food and service is fantastic.

We came back around 15:00 on Sunday the 23th of May. The sun was shining and we ordered some calamaris, pollo and bread again. Sitting outside with a glass of white dry house wine. We had the same nice waitress again. We sat at a table outside, enjoying the sun and the good food. We'll definitely be back.

It was extremely busy with only 2 waitresses working, but they did a good job. Unfortunately we didn't receive one of our orders and another dish was unavailable. Also, one of the waitresses took 2 of our dishes before we had finished them and did not give us a chance to say we weren't finished!!
The food was delicious and I would consider returning there on a quieter evening., hopefully to sample the dish we didn't get and to eat the rest of the other dishes :-)

This is a wonderful restaurant. I was here with my family today, and I have never had that good and well- prepared tapas before in Denmark or else- where. The service was fantastic. A friendly atmosphere and a wonderful experience here in Amsterdam.

Tapas and wine is absolutely excellent! Value/price is excellent too! The location is beautiful. The service is great. Not minus point at all. We have been there approx. 4 times this year.
