Reviews - Tapería Princesa

This authentic tapas bar is conveniently placed for the Picasso museum. It offers the usual range of tapas in a pleasant enough environment. On the day we went, the food was half price, thanks to the miracle of booking through TripAdvisor. It was a decent enough meal with the bonus of morcilla (black pudding) appearing on the menu. Worth a visit.

Food is average. Prices as well. Very little restaraunt with a great service

Decent tapas. I had one of the estrellada dishes with ham, which was good but kind of heavy. Also had the guacamole, which was tasty but the tortilla chips weren't the best. I think that's par for the course for tortilla chips in Spain though. Nice friendly staff and good service overall.

Seafood paella is very good, located in a central area right beside the Picasso museum. Came twice!

Meal was good. On my opinion paella was a bit too salty. But grilled sardines were excellent.

Nice and cozy place. The octopus melts in your mouth, patatas bravas are just delicious and the paella! The paella is superb! It's the second time we go to this restaurant.

Place is not very big, but the food is good.

We had few tapas, croquettes, prawns in garlic sauce, mussels en escabeche, patatas bravas, octopus and seafood paella. A part from the mussels, the food was delicious. Tasty paella, fresh prawns (my father is fisher), tender octopus... I would definitely go back!

This is the third time we have been to this restaurant and I would highly recommend. Great atmosphere, service and food.

This was a delicious little restaurant. We obviously went at the wrong time as it was only us inside for the majority (630pm) - we are learning to eat out later in barcelona! The staff were extremely helpful when it came to ordering. My partners favorite dish was the bomba balls (disreagard spelling if incorrect!) We had a just of red sangria which was made perfectly! Would recommend a visit for a night of tapas!
