Fabulous
Amazing and unique food. Really friendly service. Will definitely return!
A really nice welcome To a lovely restaurant, tucked away in a corner of Lagos . We enjoyed a lovely meal , would especially recommend the crab cakes and the dish of the day .. very relaxed and enjoyable
Super
Good start to our visit with welcoming staff and also some great starters. Main courses were mixed in terms of quality (the slow braised beef was poor - the dish looks awful bring mostly black and the beef was chewy and fatty) and also presentation. The restaurant are trying the nouveau look but the mixes of minimal vegetable offerings do not work well. The service during the meal was varied depending on the waiter and then when we declined desserts the waiter tournedos rather grumpy and when he brought the bill (in a metal pot) it was virtually thrown on the table as he walked past! Some way for this restuaurant to achieve what they are clearly trying to do - I hope they take feedback and improve
2nd time visiting here and everything was wonderful!
We had to wait a bit but it was worth it and we had a great experience. Food is delicious and service remarkable. The cheesecake was amazing.
Excepcional!
Recomendo! Excelente serviço! Excelentes pratos! Cumpriram as normas da DGS no contexto da pandemia por COVID. Recomendo o carpacio de polvo!
Great petiscos and good service
My wife and I went to this restaurant during lunch hours. We were seated a table on which a “reserved” card had been placed. We ordered “shrimps in chili sauce” as starter (5 stars). My wife ordered a maegre [sic meagre?] entree from the menu. The fish filet was generous in size, nicely cooked and presented (5 stars). I ordered a fried octopus (set lunch at €10), which is good but not great (3.5 stars). The service is good (they would replace my knife and fork after I finished my starter). My only complaint is that it took too long for them to come to my table to run my credit card in the end.
Really tasty food and the wine from the casket is excellent. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant. Located away from the main strip in Lagos. Well worth a visit
Booked them as the description said Vegan friendly. They did not have any Vegan starter or Vegan pudding. There were no Vegan main meals on the menu but the chef kindly offered two options. I went with the Cauliflower steak that was a slice of cauliflower grilled with couscous and a few veggies. ordered additional salad and more veggies to go with the dish. nice of him to do the dish, the charge was €15. My partner had a meat stew that was nice but not much of it. looked very plain on the plate. a Zero alc beer and a glass of red wine. no starter or pudding, total bill €53. for what it was meal wise, it felt about €20 over priced.
The seafood rice is really delicious
Another great meal! Lost count of the number of times we've eaten here but the quality of food is superb and the staff are great. That's why we keep coming back.
The food was excellent in this popular restaurant in the back streets of Lagos. All of our party thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, and the quality of food
On our arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wine recommendation was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and would certainly return.
This is a gem. A fairly unlikely area of the town but well worth the journey. Authentic Portuguese food, delicious wine and very attentive, friendly service awaits you at this restaurant. It is unpretentious and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Great atmosphere, fabulous background music just at perfect level. Excellent food & service
Our first time eating here, Great restaurant & food was Excellent, our server Raphael was very attentive & the atmosphere on a Monday night was buzzing, well worth a visit!
The plates were really excellent! The seafood rice was excellent also the bacalao ceviche! We finished with the algarve cake and it was really outstanding! The place is a little bit out from the crowd which made the evening even more delightful! We Will repeat again for sure! Staff was also really friendly!
