My husband and I had an early dinner at 6:30 pm. The service was very quick and efficient. The food especially the ginger prawn wantons and the seafood in coconut milk were delicious. We took advantage of the Fork 40% off offer which made it even better ????

We arrived 14 min late for our booking and the restaurant refused us for dinner. Absolutely rude and impolite gesture. I will not count on this restaurant.

You arrived more than 25 minutes late and your group wasnt even complete yet. Your excuse for being late was you were in the port. You could have called us and let us know that you were delayed. According to the terms and conditions of The Fork your conplete party has to be there within 15 minutes of the time of booking. Since you would liket enjoy the discount of 40%, the least you can do is be on time. Thank you for your feed back.

Very welcoming staff - both guys were attentive and engaging with efficient service - not too rushed. The food was good quality although my partner said his octopus was a bit overcooked. Sangria was wonderful with a great depth of flavour. I do have to say that we thought that even for Marbella, the food was overpriced and without the Fork discount would not be considered good value for money. Having said that the place was full and people were being turned away!

We wanted to have a special evening out in the Marbella old town area, unfortunately the Tempura restaurant was a little disappointing. We booked a 40% off food deal through fork for 4 , we were five , the web site would only allow to book for 4/8/12? We left a message in the booking stating there would be one extra child. When the bill was presented they did not deduct for the 5th persons meal (child), they refused to do this which I thought was poor service in consideration of the offer. They then told me they only do the offer at that time of evening to make the restaurant look busy which didn’t make us feel important customers, the attitude of waiter reflected this. We never were asked after initially ordering a round of drinks did we want any more whilst eating, my wife ordered a white wine during the dessert. It was the only time on are holiday that we would eat out at a restaurant if this standing , sadly it was not what we had hoped. I enjoyed my meal all the same and thought it was well presented. The three children’s meals were basic with no effort in presentation compared to the adult meals. My wife ordered Turbot which she unfortunately felt was the worst main meal she had ever had , very disappointed though I had prompted her to order it so maybe my fault but it is normally very good. The desserts were very good and recommended.

We are sorry that your experience at our restaurant hasnt turned out the way you had hoped it would. However, regarding the offer of 40% discount on the food the staff has handled the situation correctly. The maximum amount of people you can book for with the discount is 4 and any person extra you bring besides that booking will be charged fully. The offer is only available in the first hour after the restaurant opens. The staff, according to your own words, has tried to explain this to you. If someone tries to make a booking for a group bigger than 4 people the discount option will disappear since there is a maximum of 4 people per table and a maximum of 6 people per day that can enjoy the offer. We would like to thank you for your feed back.

Food was good! What really mad me angry, that they charged automatically 10% Tipp on the bill! It’s actually illegal in Spain ????????????

There is no service charge to be found on the bill and it says at the bottom of your bill that service is not included. There is however a cover charge of €1,50 per person on the bill for the bread and butter. This is also stated in the menu from which you choose your meal. We are sorry you misinterpreted this.

We had a beautiful dinner here! The steak was cooked perfectly and the peppercorn sauce was delicious. The signature brownie dessert is absolutely worth it. The service was quick, attentive, and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place.
