9.5/10So lovely to have a really nice restaurant out of the town centre and on our doorstep. Easy to park. Food was to a high standard and although on the higher scale in terms of price, it was worth it. (Bear in mind the kitchen closes at 9pm on week days). Would return and recommend for a special event in an intimate venue.

9/10A lovely little restaurant with a beautiful garden. Food was really good and reasonably priced. The highlight for me were the scallops. Will visit again.

9/10Excellent menu selection (wide ranging options for each of us). We chose Citrus cured Sea Bass and Smoked Wood Pigeon as starters followed by Roasted Cod and Pork Tenderloin - each were superbly cooked and presented. Well done to Head Chef James Haley - his Star Rosette is well deserved. The portions were large but everything was eaten! We still had space for Strawberries with clotted cream and a Coconut Mouse which were both equally delicious. The restaurant was quiet (only three of the tables were occupied) but the ambience was welcoming and relaxed. Front of house support and service was also excellent. The gardens were relaxing and would be ideal to enjoy on a warm summer’s evening (if we ever have such a thing!). We recommend coming back and bringing a group of friends to make your own atmosphere. A great find.

We are always sad to hear when we fall below the expectations of our Guests but will always use that feedback to review and improve our dishes for the enjoyment of all our Guests. Having spoken to my Front of House Team I was delighted to learn that all of the other dishes enjoyed by your table you said were Excellent but appreciate your score reflects being under whelmed by our Short Rib of Beef. The feedback has been discussed with my Head Chef who will of course look into this with his Team to understand why this dish didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. 10/10We had a excellent meal at Ten Tables; 4 of us celebrating my sister's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and of a high quality. The amuse bouche was superb and there was no problem catering to our fussy needs, ie no garlic on the potatoes and leaving out the shellfish on the hake main course. The service was professional and welcoming. We have no hesitation in recommending Ten Tables to our friends and family. We'll be back.

7/10Lovely location and outlook. Fantastic service. Amuse bouche was amazing and starter also lovely. . Main course very ordinary - hake with mussels and beans - didn’t really gel and too many beans. pleasant desert but 4 choices snd of those cheese not available.

We are thankful to hear you loved the Amuse Bouche and the Starter, we are sorry to hear the main wasn’t to your taste, Mussels Provençal is more rustic in its heritage. Our new Summer menu launches next week and the Hake will become Pan Roasted Cod, Garlic & Herb New Potatoes, Clams, Pickled Kohlrabi, Charred Spring Onion, Chive, Lemon and Thyme Sauce, Sea Purslane. As a result of the restaurant being closed for an exclusive wedding and new menu we are sorry the Cheese was not available. 10/10My wife and I were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, and the Ten Tables Restaurant was excellent for just such a special occasion. The food quality, ambiance and service was great. Very happy to recommend.

10/10We would absolutely recommend Ten Tables. Daniel and his team are absolutely fabulous and the chef was able to accommodate our dietary needs so we were able to relax and enjoy a fabulous meal. The hospitality we experienced here is by far one of the best in town. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

7/10I came away happy & disappointed at the same time! A surprise amuse-bouche with some warm bread rolls and selection of flavoured butter was a great start. The starter was disappointing - pork belly but thin strands with cauliflower which was the base of the amuse-bouche so cauliflower overload. The main course lamb was promised pink but didn't quite come pink. Fondant potatoes morphed into dried up roast potatoes but the jus and broccoli side were delicious. It was really close. Worth another visit for sure, but just missed the mark this time with great effort.

Dear Darren, Thank you for dining with us and taking the time to share the considered feedback. As with any new Restaurant it takes time to establish and we too look forward to the times the Restaurant occupancy levels are higher. We have reworked the Pork Belly Starter to be one larger piece of Belly over the thinner slices, we would love for you to try it. The amuse-bouche changes frequently to the Season, this week it is Spiced Carrot, Sesame Brittle, Soy and Honey Oil and Coriander.
