5.5/10This is a tiny restaurant with average food. Good for a change. Best item we ordered was masala prawns - but my pet peeve is the dish had 3 prawns still fully with the shell on. Way too much work. Staff was friendly enough. I would not return.

10/10It was excellent. Don’t expect a regular Indian restaurant. Goa may be an Indian state, but the culinary experience is different. We liked it in any way.

10/10The food was a delight, original, novel, probably Goan (I'm no expert in Goan) but a novel take on the classical "Indian" food cuisine. Full of interest, well made and a pleasure. Papads fried! So much better than the dry baked ones. Lots of chilli, and they are happy to adjust it to your taste, more, or less. 4 tables filled out of 6 (I think), a tiny space, but with less than 100% occupancy perfectly acceptable without claustrophobia. The restaurant is in a tiny little alley and you only see it once you're there. No flashy signs and extra lights, just one door like the other little houses. Now to the real special thing: The lady in charge is absolutely sold gold. It's for sure her restaurant. She seems at first business-like and professional, but not noticeably warm; perhaps she is trying to see what her next customer is going to be like. But after that, just a wonderful helpful, friendly, funny, cheerful, communicative host, a pleasure to be with. Frankly, taking everything together, this really is a lovely restaurant. I should add, one can see the chefs at work from the tables, two beautiful young people, both from Nepal, cheerful and hard-working. Also a pleasure

8.5/10We visited this restaurant for dinner as we wanted to eat Goan cuisine. We ate bhaji puri, chicken xacuti and Ambotik. Food was excellent and we will visit again.

10/10From the moment we entered until we left, the kind hostess was super attentive. She welcomed us, said goodbye to us. She was charming. The food had so much flavor. I ordered the Xacuti Chicken (Franco) and my husband ordered the Vindalooo Pork (porco). We had the shrimp samosas, and a dessert - both were delicious This is a keeper for me. Will bring my family back!

10/10Wonderful restaurant, cosy and kind. Our best meal in Lisbon so far. I've eaten Indian food all my life, but Goan is something special. Obrigado!

8.5/10Goan spice combinations made for exotic and savory versions of typical Indian dishes. Very flavorful and exotic. Go for the food and not the ambiance. Restaurant is small but inviting. We were surprised by the need to pay in cash though!

9.5/10Great restaurant for Goan food in Lisbon. We started with shrimp samosas and each ordered a dish with a chutney, rice and a roti. I ordered Goan fish curry with a three chili chutney. My husband ordered a lamb curry with a lemon chutney. This chutney was not our favorite, but everything else was very good. The wine prices were very reasonable!! Bring cash as they don’t accept credit cards!

10/10While in Lisbon, I wanted to take the opportunity to try Goan food and found this small restaurant recommended on Tripadvisor. Had a lovely meal with all staff very welcoming and keen to advise about the menu. Lovely atmosphere and obviously popular with the local clientele. The place is small so booking is essential to ensure a table.

10/10Really authentic Goan food. Pleasant and welcoming service in a nice and cosy restaurant. Prawns balchao took me back to memories of the months I spent in Goa. Wonderful.
