This is the first time I have been back to Terraces since Pre-Covid and I have to say the quality of the seafood was better than ever. The service and personal attention we received from our wonderful waitress whom I'm sad to say I did not catch her name , except to say she was from Lativia , studying hospitality. We will definitely be back soon.

We have enjoyed being Club Marriott members and are sad that the offer is not available to renew. We will greatly miss the dining experience

We have been many times but this may be our last. Oysters and crabs were not fresh. Tuna sashimi was tasteless defrosted frozen fish, no salmon sashimi. Sushi rice badly cooked and inedible. No moreton bay bugs or scallops. Only saving grace was the creme brulee and ice cream varieties still good. Cudos to dessert team.

As a regular customer, tonight we found that there where very few options than previous weeks, deserts where very basic, cheesecake & icecream. Veal was red, salads where reduced in choice from other weeks.

School holidays the quality goes down the drain and then when they need locals that have been going there for years the try again We will not be buying the Sheraton card again

Staff/service was great and professional. The foods were really disappointing. I’ve been to terrace restaurant seafood buffet numerous times for last 8 years and I’m sorry to say that today was the worst I’ve ever had. The quality has definitely dropped. It used to be one of the best seafood buffet in the gold coast, but now not anymore. The food was definitely less diverse and extravagant today. Very limited range of seafoods and hot foods. Prawns and oysters were quite small. No morton bay bugs although it’s been advertised on website/fork. Salmons were good. Quite disappointed with dessert as well - not many choices today. I remember how it used to be amazing!! I’m sorry but definitely not worth $119.

Bring back the complimentary tea coffee table service with after dinner mints; not self serve option ???? waitstaff to be more engaging the one we had not very welcoming

Disappointed as had to go to counter to get a drinks menu after asking 3 staff for one. Later a male staff helped by waving bottle fee. Poor table service by uninterested female. One girl Mia tried to cool troubled waters. After spending over $300 in a supposed 5 x restaurant I felt quite cheated. Then they make you pay for parking.

Lovely surroundings, in the Sheraton Mirage., we had the fixed price a la carte buffet, there was a lot of choice of cold meats fresh prawns crab salmon salads. The cooked food was average. There was a great selection of desserts and fresh fruits, all nicely presented. The staff are friendly and kindly served coffee to our table rather than self serve. We used to come here quite regularly before Covid it’s I think the prices since they have increased seems expensive especially if you do not eat fish. Saying that we still come and visit the bar and will try the other restaurant within the hotel when we have a special occasion

Unfortunately the quality of the food is nowhere near what it used to be, the selection of food was quite disappointing and the seafood was a bit ordinary definitely wouldn't say the crabs were fresh and the prawns were a bit tasteless. The staff were pleasant but a bit slow would hate to see how they would cope if it was busy

Our waitress was attentive to our needs. I believe her name is Melodie. Only small comment that some of the food tags doesn’t match the items offered and some food that was there didn’t have food tags. And the soup for the buffet wasn’t ready when we were seated.
