The staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to take our order, then when we were able to get service the drinks order was forgotten about and had to be re-order. The food was too over priced for what is was, our chips came out cold. Really disappointing, won't be coming back.

I stood at the bar ignored. Both staff were on the other side with their backs to one, one even turned around, made eye co tact with me and then turned back to cutting limes. The whole restaurant was freezing, even my kids said they were cold. I waiter tried to dodge me but I managed to ask if the air not could be turned so but he said he has no control over the temperature of the building. My mum had trouble getting her barcode on the app, we gave up even asking staff if they could help us.

Portions have shrunk and prices have increased since the last time we were here. Food quality wasn't that great either. Chicken was quite dry, the steak was ok albeit slightly overcooked and the pasta was quite dry and bland.

Poor service, staff didn't care to clean up spills, rushing us out the door so they could close the kitchen even though we'd only just seated at 8PM.

Ribs (expensive) but tasted good and chicken wings were yummy. Wish there was an option to change the shoestring fries with meal, they get cold too fast and just not enjoyable. Salad disappointing, a heap of lettuce and half a tommy tomato. Good quick but it took ages to clear our table. We ended up clearing it ourselves and moving it to another table beside us so we could have our daughters birthday cake. I asked for birthday song, when they did this for guests in the one at Maroochydore Sunshine Coast, it was done much better will bells and a big fuss. It seemed a big effort at Doncaster. They seemed very short staffed.

We were seated quickly. The waiter was attentive and polite. The food and drinks came in good time and were as ordered. I had ordered a spicy sauce which turned out a little too spicy after a few mouthfuls (I was warned!) and the waiter promptly got a replacement side of milder sauce when I asked for it. All this and a short walk from home!

Food was generally cold. All fries were cold and stale tasting. Food service was quick, drink service took 30mins from order. Music sound quality was tinny.

Unfortunately the staff wasn’t as friendly as I expected. Walked passed us while waiting for the table without making eye contact to say “be with you in a moment” the manager also didn’t even make contact either and the waitress brought wrong food to our table without checking the table number and not even a single apology

Starters arrived after mains! Staff member confused over on line ordering and table number. Although we had just scanned the table code he said we had put wrong number in. As I was finishing last part of my meal, staff member cleared my wife’s plates and then asked if I was nearly finished so he could take my plates….. seriously! Amateur hour!

Waiter served food but without sharing plates and cutlery. Food was not great. Asked about app promotion and in house promotion and the waiter wasn’t sure whats the difference.

Children’s meals came first and they were finished well and truly before the adult meals came. And then we had to wait a very long time for dessert. Steak was also over cooked but the flavours were fantastic. Desert was delicious.

Fairly basic. Hair in burger. So hence food quality would have got a 0/10 if that was available. Service was fast an efficient and the staff were strict with Covid protocols. Doubt I’ll visit again as hygiene is paramount though and that hair was off putting.

I got the plant based burger which is usually good elsewhere but the cheese and mayo they use is super gross. The sweet potato fries were good though. My kids loved the caesar salad, and the fish & chips

Service was appalling. We waited over an hour after we ordered for our food to arrive. We were offered the wrong drinks 3 times before we were given what we ordered and it took 15 minutes and me asking 4 different people just to be able to pay our bill.
