Whilst the food was good 4 items ordered were not received. Even after asking the staff to please check they never came back about it. No water served either.

Not very organised! Had reservations but had to wait 15 minutes for my table! 1 person at the front desk to organise reservations and accept people’s payments, food rushed and average won’t be back!

Order via app and got a free sundae for desserts, love their app ordering system. Staffs were very busy running around, but when you need them, they are very attentive and quick. Love their ribs btw

Adult meals arrived before kids meals. Our drinks arrived second and kids meals last. Portion sizes small for the price. Meals took very long to arrive and it was hard to find a waiter for anything

The restaurant did attract lots of people for dining and celebrating. When I had a meal, I waited for a long while to get my dish. But the taste of dish was delicious.

So upsetting, one person (a manager) apparently, answered a booking I made after 2 days and said I could have the balcony for as long as I needed, and then staff proceeded to let other people sit where we were and we’re constantly staring at us, so upsetting would not recommend going here terrible place and staff!!

The food was great, what we received but the server was very disappointing and unhelpful and not willing to listen when we asked where the food we ordered didn’t arrive. However the manager was very nice when we left and we told her what had happened and she explained they were understaffed. If we had of known this rather than have such a combative server, we would have been fine. The food we got was lovely. Just disappointed that a birthday celebration was tarnished by a clearly overwhelmed server that didn’t ask for help or explain to us why our meals were not as ordered.

We realise it was NYE but it was bad service, in fact they ran out of menus and told us to order online They ran out of drink Pretty much let us fend for ourselves And it wasn’t busy at all

Service was terrible, I went there for my daughters 18th and the staff did not want to be there, brought some cocktails and mocktails they had no idea which one had alcohol, Put my cake on the table I had to add candles myself and ask for plates which looked like an inconvenience to them, I will never ever be going back.

Went with a group of 8 people, ordered out food, after a hour we had not received our food or drinks so asked what was happening, they were sending it to the wrong table. So they remade everything. After another hour only half of the meals were given so we asked again. 30 min later we only got 2 of the remaining 4 meals so we asked what was happening and they havent even starting making the last 2 meals so we got a refund on those. In this whole timespan they did not once say sorry or even check on our table. Horrible service, for the food we got it was either super greasy or cold.

Unimpressed with the size of the salad side with the full rack of ribs for $49, it was literally two bite sizes and microscopic for the price of the meal. The ribs however were tasty just overall presentation and value not to standard.

Food was yum, came out quick. Service was pretty good considering it was a Public Holiday. They were happy to cater us with a cake we brought in. Only negative was we had to change our booking from 6 people to 9 and they don’t answer their phone and even though I left a message our table number was not changed when arrived.
