We have been here a couple of times and we keep coming back, not just because we love their food but also because of their great service. Ambiance is fantastic to have a little chat and catch up with friends. This is a go to place and highly recommended.

The staff were welcoming however they brought our order to the table in front of us twice. I ordered the chicken fajitas for my daughter and the chicken was overcooked. The steak l ordered had fat on half of it so I wasn't able to eat it. The Oreo sundae we ordered did not match the description and just had an Oreo cookie plopped on top of ice cream. The food was a real let down.

I come here a lot but I find every time it gets a little bit worse, it's gotten to the point where I don't want to come back. The south west twister fries come with half the amount of cheese sauce it used too, the signature glazed tenders where burnt to the point majority of them where inedible. Our drinks sat at the bar for over 10 minutes before I gave up and just went and grabbed them myself off the bar, nobody even noticed. I don't know if the staff can be blamed as I think it's who ever owns the restaurant cuts corners and keeps the place incredibly understaffed and most likely over worked.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a brown onion quesadilla. No chicken inside whatsoever. Not sure what kind of kids they have working there. Not meant for hospitality. TGI's used to be great 10 yrs ago, not anymore. Food, and service is terrible

Arrived 6.10 for a 6.15 reservation and seated straight away. Order taken around 10 minutes later. Some drinks arrived around 6.45. Around 7.00, a server arrived and advised one of four dishes we had ordered wasn’t available anymore and we selected an alternative. Around 7.15, the alternative dish arrived (with incorrect sides), however none of the originally ordered dishes were anywhere to be seen. Our youngest daughter ate a dry, burnt crumbed chicken stick while the remainder of our party patiently waited. Around 7.30, a different server appeared with a “how was everything?”. She seemed unaware we’d not eaten yet and was surprised when we said so. A few minutes later, this same lady returned to advise our order was placed in the kitchen only 6 minutes ago (?) and they would try to prepare it “as a priority”. We enquired how much longer we’d need to wait, and were advised that the lady wasn’t sure, and was also unable to find out. We asked how it occurred that our order was placed only 6 mins ago when we ordered it an hour before, but the lady was unsure about that either. After waiting a few minutes longer, with nobody returning to advise how much longer our party including our starving 5yo should expect to wait, we excused ourselves and advised the cashier we’d be leaving. We offered to pay for whatever was expected. Instead, a gentleman interjected and asked us to wait to be seen by the manager, as ‘the manager knows there was a delay and wanted to talk to us’. We waited a few minutes longer for the manager to appear, however after another wait, only the original gentleman returned after an exchange with another gent at the bar to dismiss us. In all, process seemed to fail, service person seemed helpless to deal with the problem when it arose, and the food we did receive was also both incorrect (not as ordered) and pretty poor (burnt and dry). Didn’t have high expectations but still left disappointed. Would not recommend.

Certain drinks weren’t available after paying for them. Took more than 30 minutes to receive drinks and meals . Food was very average . Was sad because usually is a favourite restaurant of ours

It was our wedding anniversary and my 10 yr old said lets dine in at special place for special you and am so glad we picked TGIF fountain gate for that! ????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a loud restaurant which feels more like a bar. They didn't have table service after seating you but staff who bought the food out you ordered and paid for via an app were friendly. The food tasted good but the portions were a joke for the high price you paid. The Jack Daniels glaze was amazing though.

wife asked for extra well done burger because the sight of pinkish meat really puts her off, but she got the burger with a little pink in the meat.. which realy ruined the experience. - the fries where soggy and not crispy as well.. normally i don’t like being a karen and complaining but this was bad :( sorry

Waiter dropped a whole glass of drink on me with no apologies....Food was served without any cutlery and tissues .We had to call the wait staff again to provide cutlery and it takes another 15min for them to bring it...Food was very disappointing..very tasteless...Do I really want to come?at this stage my be no

It was the first time we dined in at the restaurant. The first word we've heard from staff was 'perfect' when we said we came a little earlier than booking time. Staffs were super friendly and nice, all of them. The best steaks ever we've had. We'll definitely go again!

The pork slider tasted terrible. The service was so rushed. My son was still eating his chips and the waitress grab the chips and shuffled the used tissues into it. Disappointed all in all. Overpriced and not worth the money.

Came in with my partner tonight, Told when we sat down and told we could use the QR code or have table service. Nobody came back til I waved someone down, entrees were not too bad, but squid was extremely oily. I had the burrito bowl for dinner, and the chicken had clearly been cooked days prior and reheated. Which was disappointing seeing as everything else came out of can or packet to make up my meal. Would have been nice for fresh chicken :) Staff were very inexperienced; but very friendly enough

I get that restaurants are struggling for staff but 4/4 meals had something cold/not cooked and needed replaced - 1 replacement no better than first No staff came to check Had to yell out for help at passing staff Drinks came at request after meals were served Won't go back for a good while

Been going here every now and then thinking I’d one day get a perfectly cooked steak, but so far, it hasn’t happened yet for me and my family. Tonight, my scotch fillet was half done half medium ???? Only thing we enjoy here is the mac n cheese potato twisters
