Really enjoyed the food at the greeting, however service was slow and staff were not very table attentive. It was hard to get the serving staff attention. Yummy cocktail though

Really nice food. It was hard to choose what to have. Everything we had tasted really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We had a 5:30pm Reservation so the restaurant was reasonably quiet, we ordered entree, mains and drinks. Our entree arrived about 20 mins later which we were okay with, but within a few minutes of it our mains arrived too. At this point we reminded our waitress that we were still waiting on our drinks. As I looked at our mains I realised that one of our mains was missing the fries that came with it, after a few minutes we were able to flag down another waitress to inform them of the missing fries and that were still missing our drinks she explained the the bar staff had just started (which I thought was a bit strange as there were plenty of other customers with drinks). Within a few minutes the fries arrived with an apology, we ate our mains as were expecting the drinks wouldn’t be far behind, but we managed to completely finish our mains and our child who is a slow eater had even finished, we finally waved the first waitress who we had informed we were waiting for the drinks and asked for a refund for the drinks that we had never received, she got her manager and sent her over to us, the manager completely understood our frustration and was disappointed in her staff and we received a refund for the drink and an apology. Even still left a sour taste in our mouths and I don’t think we’ll even dine at this restaurant again.

So cold in there.. got one of the food orders incorrect. Were very nice about it but unfortunately that meal was very delayed. My husbands food came out first so by the time the rest came he had finished. This is so basic to get right at a decent restaurant. Food was average. Not bad. Definitely won't be going back.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The pasta dish was tasty, but had only two prawns and tough chicken pieces. Best to have the delicious burgers with shoe string chips. The lunch deal is recommended.

Fast food delivery to table...... Friendly staff willing to help with any order or fix any issues that may arise without an issue!! Remember their regular customers....... Filling meals, bigger than appear when u order them from menu!!!!! U must try the bowls, they're so fresh and tasty and heaps more filling than they look........ Happy hour is great value time to dine in store!!

Always get the food fresh and fast here.... Any small mistakes are fixed fast with smiles& no issues...... Meals are always more filling than you'd expect when u order them!!!! Happy hour cocktails are tasty and great value! Lots of specials and promos if u join the free loyalty program "my fridays" so do it............ The bowls are tasty fresh and really filling!!! Pork ribs cooked perfectly fall off bone but still tender and moist........ Best mac& cheese ever tried anywhere on earth in a restaurant I've been also!!!!! Management always remembers the repeat customers, which is great feeling.......

I was disappointed in the nachos. I got added “crispy pork” for an extra $7. There were about 7 small cubes of fatty, not crispy, pork ($1 per cube!)

We just love this place! Food is always picture perfect and as delicious as it looks! Equally as the service! The staff are so welcoming and complete the atmosphere! Highly recommended!

The staff forget you when you sit down. No cutlery given. Second drinks didn't come out. Chips cold, salad was old. Heaps of staff and none serve you. Had to go and ask the bar for a water after asking a waiter that didn't bring it out 35 mins after asking.

Few issues, but staff were willing to fix them and reimburse me for the issues, which was good of them....... Had lots discounts, tried new foods, great music pumping, tasty drinks flowing for low prices and staff answered my many questions as well as found out info for me!!!!

Enjoyable lunch, friendly staff, and good value. Salmon addition to poke bowl proved delicious and worth the expense. Very filling especially with a lash or two.

Delicious burgers, although small. The thin fries are okay but bigger is better. The weekly lunch special is good value. The sale bowls are interesting and tasty. Worth a try.

Have been here a few times which were good however, this time it fell short of the mark. They seam to be now more focused on people using the app and only half delivering the order. Waited an incredibly long time for the drinks to arrive and food. Overall food was OK but not worth the cost.
