Kids meals should come out asap. Adults can wait, especially cooked to order steak, 40 minutes waiting time was excessive. Drinks did not arrive

The staff were super welcoming and the service was excellent. Food was really good. I had the chicken tenders with steak fries (usually comes with shoe-string fries and coleslaw) - both were perfectly cooked. Also had the Malteser Turtle with whipped cream for dessert. The whipped cream was a little light on this week but it was still super delicious. We had a table in the middle between the booths and the bar. Not ideal if you have shopping bags - no room to put them under the tiny table - but since it was close to the bar it was easy to attract the attention of staff as they passed by. We usually have a booth but they were pretty booked up for Mothers' Day. Prices are slightly on the high side but pretty average for this type of fare. Conveniently located on Level 2 at Southland, which now has its own train station, makes it a great place to catch up with friends.

Great customer service from the venue manager. Great $5 margaritas and kids enjoyed their meal too. Use the app to get extra specials. Nice ambience.

Worst service and food was too bad. We orderd something and they brought something to table when we asked them to check whether it's my order or not but haven't come back to us and food got cold.

I went to the restaurant with my family and that was our first visit.I’ve asked the staff that I would like to have a table at the very back at the corner but the staff said someone already booked that table and for sure there is no one sit at that table until the restaurant last called.Abit disspointed with this issue but other then that everything was excellent.

The service was awesome, some dishes were really good but meat dishes are not that great, overcooked and very plain. It’s a great place for a quick catch up but will not be coming back for dinner

It was disappointing that we when we asked them to bring the cake we gave them, they gave us the box and hadn’t put the candles in it or lit the candles. They just gave us a box and walked away. No plates or cutlery.

The burger was great and the staff friendly, but the fries arrived cold and had to be redone. No serviette or cutlery provided. Staff brought these, but one shouldn't have to ask for them.

We have been going to TGI Southland for years and mostly good although last time (3 months ago) was poor with very average service (inexperienced staff?) and our dessert took over 40 mins despite contantly asking about it. This time, the experience was totally different. The asian lady at reception who also took our order & payment was super friendly and professional, the wait staff were attenative and friendly. The food were good and even came out quickly (our dinner was at 6pm though). Restored our trust at this particular eatery

This branch of TGIF in Southland is cozy and clean. The food is served timely and staff are also helpful to all our needs and request. Great food and always one of my fave place for a Pork or Beef ribs!

Very noisy and service was not personal at all. No fish and chips on the kids menu. Asked if I could order the adults fish and chips mean in a kids size or entree size. The kitchen declined as they were too busy. I reluctantly ordered it anyway for my 10yo as we had a movie to go to. The meal was massive - $26.90 for 2 massive pieces of fish, chips and salad. You cannot tell me that they could not have just put one piece of fish on and taken even $5.00 off the price. He ate 1/2 of one piece of fish. My goddess bowl was underwhelming in flavour and the broccolini was overcooked, discoloured and soft. The lemon, lime and bitters came as a straight up drink, no fresh lime or lemon to garnish. All of these added up to a fairly pricey meal with my 10yo and myself in an uncomfortable environment and a waste of food. We will not be eating here again.
