4.5/10The waiter in white polo shirt was downright aggressive and mean. We showed them our booking which we booked at 17.30 on a lunch menu. I know it sounds confusing but the restaurant must have configured it wrong on the app. Anyway, the waiter basically said something like “fine since you’ve booked it, I’ll do it for you!” (In Thai). Later on they start gossiping and arguing among themselves. Thai Square doesnt understand that it sells experience as well as food. Taking about food (im Thai), the food is below average for Thai food in London, and bordering on very bad for Thai food in general. Only 3 tables were occupied since we sat down, the atmosphere is ghostly. P.s. Some waitresses tried the save the situation, but we already felt unwelcome. Avoid this restaurant if you can.

3.5/10Food had to be sent back a few times (there was 15 of us) pancakes for the duck was curled up at the corners and dry… duck was cold on arrival… asked for no tofu in Pad Thai and all 4 ordered had tofu… dumplings were cold and dry… I could go on but you get the gist… definitely would not go back… very disappointed!

7.5/10I had no problem paying service charge however could not believe they charged us for a bag and container for take away considering our bill came to over £500 for a small group of us. Food was expensive but very nice. Service not great.

6.5/10The food, wine and location were great, but the experience was ruined by the service. The restaurant wasn't full for any of the time we were there, but staff kept nagging us to order as soon as we sat down. Then after we finished our meal and were finishing our drinks the waitress took my water glass away so quickly I barely noticed whilst leaving everyone else's, she ignored my polite request for another glass, and when I got her attention again she passive aggressively brought another one to me and said she took it because it was empty. They did not deserve any of the service charge which was automatically added to the bill at 12.5%. We also stated in the booking that this was a birthday meal, there was no acknowledgement of this by the staff either. This team let the Thai Square chain down - I had much better service in their branch in the Strand.

9.5/10Staff were very cooperative in preparing seating plan and patient waiting for all guests to arrive and settle. Would recommend for groups and parties . Lovely setting by river. Hope to go back with 2 or 3 friends and try different food on menu. Only criticism , some guests had to wait ages for food whilst others were already served.

5.5/10The restaurant is set at an amazing place over looking Putney Bridge and the river Thames but Unfortunately the food wasn’t particularly appetising. Had a curry and the Chicken was tough as old boots! Wasn’t impressed.

9/10The food was very good and nicely spiced, we took the special menu and the portion were generous. The service was efficient. The decoration dates a little bit and the restaurant was a bit quiet but we sat by the window and enjoyed the great view.
