Lovely relaxing restaurant with sensational Indian food. Really delicious curries and naans. Only feedback is that the kulfi serving size was too small for the price.

The food was average. The menu is the largest I have seen. Less is more on menus these days. Please specialise in one or two dishes per selection..

Nice enough but we wanted medium spice (asked for "Indian medium" not "Australian medium") and found it too mild. No heat at all. Very disappointing. Should have asked for hot but real "Indian hot" is too hot while "Australian hot" is still mild & dull. Seems no-one can cook proper Indian food in Australia. I was hoping Thar would (based on other reviews) but they don't.

First time here but will definitely go back. Very welcoming service team that can’t do enough for you. The food was very tasty and not oily or dry. Tradition Indian flavours with a few extras like a Balti. Our chicken tikka Entree was juicy and tasty. Being BYO is an added plus too!

Love this local Indian restaurant. Staff greet me by name and food and service is always good - despite last night only one waiter was on. Tuesday night and they were half full with a stream of takeaway clients coming through too. Never disappointed here.

What a great restaurant, the food was fabulous, the staff warm and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome and they were happy for us to linger over our wine and not hurry us out. Will definitely come back!
