7.5/10Inattentive service from an overextended waiter. A desert took 40 minutes to arrive. The needs better trained staff with adequate resources.

8/10The steak was overcooked, so they made a new one. After ordering champagne, the waiter initially poured it into a glass, but after 30 minutes he forgot about us, so we had to pour it ourselves.

7/10The service is usually excellent but unexpectedtedly today was terrible. After being seated no one came unless we called a waiter after 20'. Then, everyone had disappeared for taking our orders. We were not asked if we wanted a dessert and/or a coffee because the kitchen was closed!

10/10The Bank became my favorite restaurant after a few visits! The ambience and food is of course excellent. What makes your time there really extraordinary is the attentiveness, high level of competence and sympathy of the team, particularly Jan Smetana, but also Franziska and Christoph - they guarantee the best service and a top-class experience, outstanding even in international comparison.

8.5/10Food is really high quality and although nothing fancy, it is tasty, and beautifully presented.. The service is great. The venue is beautiful, but too dark- lile as a cage (aka nightclub) . Not enough light in restaurant makes the whole experience less pleasant. The interior design is gantastic so it is a shame that during dinner time guests cannot enjoy it enough.

7.5/10In the only restaurant of a 5-star hotel run by a prominent hospitality group Hyatt, the class of the restaurant must in general be higher. In the Brasserie the service is very laid back - while serving the main course, for example (tuna tartar), they, for whatever reason, took away all spices and never offered bread, toast or anything. We also had to wait for some time until they took our pay. The impression was rather poor and the Brasserie would not be the place to recommend.

10/10Phenomenal food and delicious cocktails. Tried the lobster bisque, burrata, French onion soup, chicken from the rotisserie and ribeye. Everything was absolutely amazing. I would go back and would recommend to anyone.

10/10Fantastic service and great food in a beautiful building. Very good value for money. Good sommelier service helping us to pick the perfect wine pairings with our food. With dessert I got the best espresso I've ever had . Highly recommend this place!

10/10We ate here for our 10 year Wedding Anniversary! Everything was perfect! Dominik was our server and he was extremely knowledgeable and checked in on us regularly! We did not have to ask for anything. He paid very close attention to our needs. I had the Filet Steak with mashed potatoes and my wife had the Lamb with sautéed Spinach. The food was delicious and great! We definitely recommend this restaurant! The food, server, and atmosphere was amazing.

10/10Das Essen war richtig gut bis hin zum Personal sehr kompetent erklären wirklich alles bis ins kleinste Detail und geben tolle Empfehlungen her. Wir sind schon das zweite mal dort gewesen und werden definitiv noch weitere Male kommen. Top :)

9/10Beautiful restaurant and bar! Our appetizer of Leek Consume was delicious, however, different from what we expected. It was cold and we thought that it would be hot; like a soup. My husband got the Halibut and enjoyed his and I got the Pappadelle and it wasn't what I expected either, it was very mushroom forward. They had forgotten the piccirino cheese and so I asked for it and it made the dish so much better. Our waiter was very friendly and welcoming. I think that I would go back for drinks and appetizers, but not for dinner.

10/10We spent a fantastic evening at the restaurant. It had excellent food, great quality service and unique ambience. Perfect evening. If you want to experience an upper class restaurant and value great quality food in a fancy restaurant but not snobby or arrogant atmosphere, this is the place to go to. One of the best restaurant experiences I had at this price level.

9.5/10The meals we ordered was amazing!! We took the hamburger and the beef with asparagus! The last course was a bit dry and disappointing.. we took the chocolate cake. The service was very slow, but the waitress apologised for it without any remarks from our behalf about it. And the restaurant itself is an amazing building!!
