We went for Valentines dinner. The restaurant is lovely with a little stream running through it. Would be lovely in the summer. We were greater by a man in a flower shirt who was very abrupt and didn't start off our experience very well. Thankfully wour waitress was really lovely and helpful and the server was very pleasent. The food was just delicious and very reasonably priced. Even though we had a pleasant evening the greeter man was storming around and at one point pointed at us as and asked the waitress are we finished. We had literally just finished our dessert and was finishing our drinks. We will go again as 95% of the evening was lovely.

Food is always good here, fresh and tasty. And the staff are friendly. The restaurant was very cold at lunchtime though, even with radiators on and the fires lit. We sat in coats for most of our meal.

We took our family here for a celebration of an academic achievement as a big treat on a school night! My children had never been, but really enjoyed it and asked to go back again. The waiters were really attentive and the food was delicious and filling.

Not great at weekends. Visited Father’s Day and was only the option of the set Father’s Day menu. That didn’t have a very good range to choose from , if you didn’t want the roast then it was burger or fish .. And the desserts were even more disappointing as they didn’t have what I wanted wish is only served in the week. Wouldn’t go there on a weekend again .. The food and drink variety is very poor. Best to go a weekday.

Had a lovely visit with my partner. The staff were amazing and very welcoming and the service was quick and efficient. The food quality was stunning. We will definitely be returning!

I love this restaurant as it so convenient for lots of places, but once you are inside you wouldn’t know it was on a main road. Today was the third day after restaurants were allowed to admit customers indoors and you could tell the staff were new and didn’t know their way around the menu and the on line technology, but this wasn’t much of a problem. The food and drinks were good and I will go back again soon.

The seabass and charred octopus was delicious, the pork belly was a little tough, could have done with another hour or so cooking, the last time I had it here it was perfect.

A lovely experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is wonderful and the atmosphere is as if on holiday. The service from all the waiters and waitresses was second to none without being intrusive. They had a lovely sense of humour. All the dishes were so tasty - and beautifully presented. We (3 of us) all had the sea bass - delicious. Calamari starter - lovely. We will definitely come again.
