Gorgeous view. This place is a favourite due to reliable service and menu. Simple quality food and coffee. Comfortable Covid compliance appreciated.

Been dining here (both breakfast or lunch for several years) family owned, very friendly service, great outlook over the water and of course the food is always excellent.

Even though we’d made a reservation, there was not a table set up for us - the surprised staff scrambled to put tables together, seated us and forget about us for 20 mins. A bottle of water finally arrived and orders taken. However two of the four meals brought to our table were incorrect but were quickly sorted. Food was average - I wouldn’t hurry back.

Poached eggs too firm, scrambled eggs boring and beans dry

Lovely location, easy parking (weekday lunchtime) friendly service and good food and coffee. We had the prawn burger and it was delicious and filling.

We had fish, but it was tough. After we told the waiter about it he consulted the chef and said that it should be as served to us. I ate mine but my wife left most of hers.

We dined on Mother's day where the menu was limited to what is normally offered on their website. We discovered to our disappointment after we left the café that we had been charged a higher, incorrect amount for what was listed on this menu for the addition of bacon to one of the plates. We were also disappointed to find that the bottle of prosecco listed on the wine list found on line had been replaced on the day with a far more expensive alternative. Clearly this was a case of taking an advantage of the customer and cashing in on Mother's Day.

We were seated outside as per our request, however after being there for only 5 minutes all of the water from their outdoor roof poored onto us and drenched us. They didn’t offer much assistance at all. Very disappointed in the service.
