En pleno centro de Madrid, apartado de estrés y atascos, podemos encontrar un oasis de sofisticación y buen gusto, el Restaurante (The Cask). Un restaurante moderno de cocina internacional, ambientado de forma sencilla pero exquisita.

Su predilección por asegurar el mejor punto a carnes y pescados se palpa en el mimo con que tratan la mejor materia prima en su parrilla. Deslumbran también platos como el salmón marinado “en rojo” con blinis y salsa de hierbas o apetecibles postres como la piña infusionada con crema de limón o el parfait de caramelo con manzana al Calvados.

(The Cask) sirve comidas y cenas con capacidad de hasta 50 comensales. También son famosos sus “super desayunos”, con más de 80 productos de Escandinavia, Norteamérica y Reino Unido.

Great restaurant with good service even in English. Far better than average hotel restaurant. Steak was made medium and was great as well as pumpkin soup. They were even able to prepare a dish to our 2 years old girl like she wanted. Great service! Our son (7y) did not liked his hamburger and that was the only downside of the visit.
