Very small portion for Sunday Roast and don’t even think about so called desert they brought 3 sticky toffee puddings and everyone was cold , such a shame was expecting better, but sadly will not visit again

Well, my friend and I arrived, at 1pm we waited 15 minutes to be asked what we would like to drink, our drinks took 15 minutes to arrive because the barmaid was on her mobile. It then took a further 20mins for our food request to he put in, at this point I said I had no cutlery. .We waited for a while and then our drinks arrived but no cutlery. After an hour our food came out, Luke warm and my roast beef was unable to be cut with the (cutlery that finally arrived after asking again) but the cutlery was blunt, and even a steak knife didn’t work. The veg was well over cooked and the gravy (or lack of it) was thin and tasteless. There was a negative energy in the room, with everyone complaining. Long story short, we didn’t pay for the inedible food just the drinks and I will not be returning! Go there at your own risk, you have been warned!

Food was excellent, hot and well cooked, menu was very interesting and explained to us in detail.
