It was a birthday dinner in a beautiful setting with gorgeous atmosphere. All the dishes we had, and they were alla carte, were very nice and delicious, was not as inventive as we were expecting. The most liked dish for me was the anchovies appetizer. Do not miss.

This is a special restaurant. If you have time for only one meal in Genoa, this should be your destination. Building on basic Italian ingredients and then adding special choices such as sea urchin, black and white truffles and foie gras, the food is inventive, well constructed and delicious. It was great!

Super restaurant. A real find. Staff were superb, very welcoming with attentive service. The food was delicious. Truffle risotto a really lovely dish.

The pasta dishes were good, but the baccalà and the piccione were sub-standard, and poorly cooked. The level is certainly not of a 1 star Michelin, so sorry.
Le paste erano accettabili ma il baccalà ed il piccione erano pessimi, e parzialmente cotti.
Il livello non è da 1 stella Michelin, mi dispiace.

Some flaws in the temperature, but otherwise the food was good; underperformance in staff numbers in the restaurant (perhaps because it was monday, but then the cook could have shown his face for a minute) and attention to detail in decoration and ambience. The renaissance ceiling alone will not do it.

Spaghetti was cold Heated up and reseerved mixed up
Didn’t taste of much No salt or pepper on table Had to ask twice for pepper
I said to levitate the mood that the Marron glacé sweet should be ok as it wasn’t made in the kitchen
It arrived as a Marron puree .. quite underwhelming .. said to have been made in the kitchen
Didn’t accept American Express!
Said good night to the waiter but the maitre d,I Not around Only 3 tables in use but level of service and quality of food well below any Michelin standard that I have experienced previously

Chef and his team did an amazing job. One of the best meals we’ve had in Italy this trip. The Foie Gras was cooked to perfection. The amouse bouche was surprisingly delightful. The service was very attentive. Overall I would return in a heartbeat. Many thanks!!!
