I was very disappointed with the menu choses particularly the seniors. There was only one salad overall and it was very big.I would like to see a couple of salads on the seniors menu.

After ordering was told out of one item and a small piece left of the other so ordered something else. The little bit of the item came and was overcooked and dry, shouldn't have served it at all. Asked for refund and they agreed. Service was ordinary. Place wasn't that busy and the last time there couldn't fault service and food. Very disappointed. Won't be going back any time soon.

I had a "seniors" barramundi. A large serve compared to most seniors specials. I asked whether it's "frozen, from a bag" and was assured its fresh and battered on the premises. Barra arrived in a single long piece with excellent golden crisp batter. Fish was fresh and tasty, white and almost like flake. Not dry or too "fishy" as many frozen versions are. Chips were good, no salt as requested. And they obliged by adding a beautifully cooked variety of vegetables instead of salad. Not my local area but hope to return. Overall a very well run pub venue (This was dinner before heading to the band room, and later for a coffee in the pokies lounge)

Had not been here for a couple of years as the last time was very ordinary. Saturday night all the regular places were fully booked so we took what was probably the last available table at the Croxton. Wow what a turn around - staff were great, food was great pub food and all round a very enjoyable night. So much so we returned on Sunday night and although unlike the previous night it was very quiet the food and service was every bit as good. Congratulations on restoring the standard at "The Croc". We will certainly be frequent diners once again as we had previously been over the last 30 years.

The food and staff were really lovely last night. We stayed for Trivia and some teams became rather loud. In fact very loud. But what can you do about that? It is a pub after all. One goes knowing there will be drink consumed and noise increasing. The trivia questions were wet unpleasantly too hard. Enjoyed the night. Thank you

The restaurant was clean, we had the Wednesday quiz night deal with a bottle of wine and is definitely one of the best deal in town. There are 2 pool tables fir playing and sports tv. Great place. Will come back again.

We were greeted with a really bubbly chick who went above and beyond for us (I can’t remember her name but I think she’s training to be a doctor or nurse). While buying drinks she was more than happy to help us decide a cocktail to try. Food was amazing, the cauliflower bites were so good! The whole place was great, happy and Brad cox as always was awesome

Your typical pub meals done perfectly. Even the chips were so crunchy and the salad was fresh. The place is so spacious. The service was attentive. We are able to enjoy chatting with a friend over dinner and even after dinner.

My friends and I like to catch up at the Croxton Hotel the meals have been extremely good and great value for money, being seniors it’s incredible,staff are always very friendly and helpful great spot to have a catch up

We had an end of year party with a fussy client with a diss ability. We had lovely service, the food was nice and staff was very accommodating. Atmosphere/set up a little plain, not so cosy.. but was fine:)

It was a decent pub meal. We sat by the fire Steak was very tasty with the pepper sauce. Very handy for a quick bite if you are going to the Croxton Bandroom next door. There is a kids playroom which makes it good for families

Took my wife and son there for Mother's Day and have been for other special occasions. Disappointed with main meals; mushroom sauce was bland with no real sign of mushrooms. Mash was taste-less and mixed vegetables were close to raw and not hot. Steak was okay.
