The Cut Steakhouse

We had an amazing dinner, the owner was fantastic and was really welcoming and passionate about the food. We had an amazing 12 year old steak from Sicily and a lovely red wine. We were served at the bar and talked to the owner for a long time about all aspects of the meal. We would definitely eat here again

Best place for fiorentino steak. Very nice the experience in the restaurant, the quality of the steak is absolutely the top. At the meantime the bread was just out of the oven, also favorite.

Ordered the steak with medium rare cooked, some parts were too chewy for me, but other than that everything was fine :)

It’s a small restaurant but it’s very clear they do one thing and one thing only - steak. Mind you they do that one thing very well. It’s tasty and the other side bits and trimmings are pretty good too. After our meal we came away thinking that was top nosh. Pretty satisfied!!! A very enjoyable meal

The dishes there are super good and the atmosphere is very nice! The owner could speak both Italian and English and could help us anytime about the dishes. The wine there are very good and I really had a great time there.

The owner was genuine and the meat was excellent quality. Note you will need about half a kilogram minimum per person for the florentine steak.

First to arrive on a busy friday night, so the owner really had time to explain the cuts of meat and the wine selection. Suggested a great wine, and the tradional Firenze cut steak was amazing. Applied the fork discount without even being asked. Pure class all the way!!!

Pretty good

The little restaurant almost in city center , very good and pleasant staff, but steak was worst I even head in Florence ... I don’t know why ... I feel smell of animal and meet was not as tender as normally I had in my best city in the world

Meal was wonderful. Had Bistecca Florentine, spinach and potatoes. Would do it again. Steak was cooked perfectly. Was so tenet you could cut with a butter knife. We were early reservations so had no issues with getting a table.
