Had a booking in the restaurant and the lovely team there were able to accommodate us outside instead. Really lovely food and a bit greener area than normal, for being so close to Waterloo

We really enjoyed lunch at The Duke of Sussex. Between us we mostly had the Sea Bream / burgers / fish and chips followed by brownies / ice cream. The food was fantastic, delicious and well-presented. The staff were very helpful with our party’s various allergies. They did give our son a mustard sauce when we said he had a mustard allergy, but luckily I spotted it. This place is clean, attractive and in a great spot for the Old Vic, Leake Tunnels etc. Lovely, friendly service - nothing was too much trouble. We will come back.
