I have been here numerous times, however today was not up to standard, had to wait almost 40 minutes for a pizza, which was annoying… saying that, I would go back again as this is my first bad experience

Whilst the venue was great to keep the kids entertained, the food was disappointing. $22 for chips and calamari - and the calamari was so over cooked it could not be cut with a knife let alone eaten. The worst pub meal I’ve ever received.

Manager is so rude to me and my colleagues. We booked table and paid $500 upfront. They charged for drinks which we didn't even take. When we asked for what is this they told us to rudely u took that drinks and come next day. It's been 2 weeks still they don't want to give refund. We will never go to that place again.

Food was good value and good quality. Coffee was served luke warm and spilled in the saucer. Waiter seemed to be very nervous when spilling coffee and needed the other waitress to finish delivering our 5 coffees which took 3 visits from 2 wait staff.

We love going to this place, the food is lovely and for us pensioners the price is great. We generally go midweek, and have no trouble getting a table as it is not too busy … But if you are going on a weekend, I would book a table…

The Service was great, food selection was varied and catered for vegetarian however vegetables were pretty much cold. Otherwise enjoyed the meal the staff were lovely.

The scotch fillet was small and very fatty. It was cooked to medium which was perfect. Good service and easy to order. Clean venue ideally suited to family

Food was super slow to come and when it finally did it was cold but that's nothing new. We dine there a lot and the food is always cold which is really disappointing. I actually don't know why I keep coming back

There was a confusion with our table that we've booked. Our food never arrived because the girl taking our order didn't record our table number so it was announced over the microphone and was sitting for a long time so the food was cold. They always get the sides wrong, if we order salad and vegs we get salad and chips. This has now happened more than 5 times. The mushroom sauce was like water. Not a good experience tonight. Management needs to step up their game.

After having a booking for 10 people they had us on 2 seperate tables partly in the rain. When i asked for a new table they kept telling me they were booked. I reserved a table aswell. They finally gave us a decent table after about 20 minutes. Then we ordered food and They didn't deliver my food to the table and by the time they told me to come and collect it it was cold. And there was no offer to make it again. Even after I pointed out it was cold. Dreadful.

Booked a table inside bistro near TV screen with friends to watch the footy ,- then called to confirm the location was near a TVScreen (confirmed) as requested to booking but arrive table was not near a TV screen and table was outside seriously why book they don't listen... Meals were nice .

Waited 3 hours for food, for it to have been microwaved up and clearly knew as the sauce was hot but the chicken was freezing cold. The steak was over cooked and thrown on a plate. After waiting 3 hours for food went to ask a staff member where it was and her response was it’s an hour wait! We booked a table for 16 people but when we arrived they had the booking but no table so we all had to sit at seperate tables. I will never return. Over priced pand shit food and service
