10/10Lovely range of fresh sandwiches, scones were warm, and the cakeage was plentiful and varied! The lovely Angela kept our cups full and was attentive without being overly present!

10/10Love the Mouldy fig restaurant. Welcoming calming experience. Would of preferred a booth but they were all reserved. I’ll book earlier next time. Getting married at the Concorde in July and have a membership so this is one of our favourite places to dine and spend the evening.

8/10When we arrived after having booked and explained on our booking form we have a customer who has walking problem we were kept waiting for our table as two of the staff were serving one customer. This meant my parent was struggling to stand. The food was good but we placed our drinks order and we then had to place it again as the girl couldn’t remember it although she’d written it down. When they arrived one drink was wrong. We waited so long for the dessert to be ordered we decided not to have one. These things are quite simple but can become annoying when trying to have a nice time. It doesn’t seem to have enough staff or training. Slightly disappointed.

9.5/10Lovely food. Hot and plenty of it. Tasty. Lovely atmosphere. Waiter very lovely. Only small criticism was that they moved us to another table after our starter which isn't ideal. Would go again. It's a lovely place to eat and drink. Booked again for December.

10/10Lovely roasts and delicious pudding. Our party had ,lamb, pork and vegetarian option. All were enjoyed. Good value . Pleasant staff, as always.

5.5/10It was a nice afternoon tea, albeit a little overpriced. The table wasn't set properly so we had to pilfer cutlery from other tables and it took a while to get our drinks and a highchair for our little one. We were never offered refills or checked up on and the portion of cream/jam for 4 people was really stingy. Not much to be said about the service as we never really saw our server and they seemed very busy.

9.5/10Lunch at the Fig was very good today. The starter of cauliflower fritters were delicious and the steak and ale pie was something special. All in all lunch was excellent.

10/10Quick dinner before the football match over the road! Prawn and smoked salmon linguine was delicious, husband had chicken balti curry which was described as 'yummy', followed by chocolate brownie, excellent. Service great as always. Nice friendly atmosphere as ever.

10/10Small 'bridal shower' for my future Daughter in law. Afternoon Tea for 7, and we may have been a little raucous! Staff were so accommodating and brilliant. Fabulous Afternoon and would highly recommend.

6.5/10Felt like some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly and happy. The food was very average the chips were very dry tasted like frozen chips put in the oven and far too many of them on the plate. The food presentation wasn’t great.

2/10I have wasted my hard earned money on an afternoon tea for my daughter’s birthday. I did not expect to get food from a packet that I could have bought myself from a supermarket. Very very disappointed

7/10Ordered fish cake with mixed salad. The fishcake met the high standard expected at the fig. The mixed salad consisted of a scattering of chopped lettuce leaves topped with two sad looking onion rings. The disappointment comes with having dined at the Concorde over 4years , expected better.

10/10This was not our 1st visit to the Fig and will not be the last. The welcome and service makes you feel like a valued customer. Drinks and food are priced but quality is excellent. A great meal can often be accompanied by a good show as well. Parking can be a problem at very busy times. Overall a venue well worth visiting.

10/10Went for a roast on Sunday 2nd June. We like to eat around 7pm. The food was lovely and obviously freshly cooked. The meat was lovely and tender, we had the beef but you could also have had chicken pork or lamb, potatoes nice and crispy. Most importantly it was hot, I detest cold food. Staff are great and the atmosphere very calm.

5/10little bit disappointed , large group of us with a pre-ordered menu but still seemed to be a problem drinks arrived half way into the meal . Could of had a nicer lay out of table as restaurant was not busy and preferred for there not to be a dog roaming round after the waitress with our food

10/10Tried our very first Sunday roast lunch at the fig. Couldn’t fault it. Great service friendly, nothing too much trouble, very easy going. Food was the best we’ve had in the area and in a long time. Plenty of meat, all hot , vegetables done perfectly. Excellent all round.
