10/10Absolutely fantastic service, ambience and food. We were able to eat peacefully in a comfortable lounge area and not rushed at all. Food was amazing both in flavour and presentation. Portion sizes were generous- we managed to leave room for dessert and were given some lovely truffles and petit fours as a birthday treat. Highly recommend- we will return.

3.5/10The food and atmosphere were decent, but the service was shockingly poor. Our waitress failed to inform us about any issues with our order. Instead of communicating upfront, she served the main course to one of us and then mentioned that they didn’t have the main ingredient (duck) for the other person’s dish. She tried to insist that we switch to chicken. When we declined, she suddenly said the duck had just been delivered—funny enough, we were the first table for dinner that day. This situation could have been easily avoided if we had been informed at the time of ordering or during the wait. As a result, we had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, leaving one of us with a completely cold meal. Getting the order wrong is one thing, but lying and pressuring customers to accept something they didn’t order is completely unacceptable. It’s not worth the quiet atmosphere; this was honestly the worst dining experience in London.

8.5/10The food was everything good but One male staff member was rude to us. I don't know if it was because we were using the 50% off coupon or because we were Asian, but he was very intimidating and I felt sad. He always greeted the other group members with a smile who spend a lot money , and his customer service attitude was different. He also brings a menu which is old menu (not available menu ) and he added to the bill that I didn't order the water.

10/10Amazing little gem in South Kensington, something you don't find everywhere, spectacular tasting menu, beetroots, duck agnolotti are so full of flavour! Totally amazed. Thanks! Hope to come back soon
