6.5/10My reservation was cancelled before I arrived. I could not possibly confirm my reservation as I have already on a plane from California. Fortunately the restaurant was able to accommodate but the app should not have automatically cancelled my reservation which I booked months in advance and checked in numerous times to make sure that it was still current and in fact calling the hotel restaurant 3 times to confirm. Very disappointing app which I will not be using in future

3.5/10Our table was booked for 5 a week before arrival, and confirmed on the day, but not ready on our arrival, to a less than 1/2 occupied restaurant which set the scene on poor service throughout our visit. Having the waiter wanting to take a food order before offering us drinks first. Once drink orders brought to the table, one was reported incorrect due to the drink being made with lemonade rather than soda water. The individual left the table and took her drink to the bar herself to highlight the potential error which was remade with Soda water and confirmed it had been made incorrectly Once our meal was ordered, we had to wait over an hour for it to be brought to the table. One of the meals was Luke warm and had salad on the plate, when a request was made not to have any. Concerns of the general poor service was raised to the Restaurant Manager who offered to remove the service charge which we had no intention of paying and subsequently offered a further 20% off our bill. Very poor!

4/10Slow inattentive service, I had to walk from my table to physically ask a waiter to take our order. The food was mediocre at best. Would never eat there by choice, only if staying in the hotel, and even then, next time, might get a cab to somewhere else. Shame.

9.5/10Service was fantastic. Choice of food on menu good. Value for money considering location excellent. Would definitely go back. Only down side was people walking through restaurant are a to get to buffet who were quite indignant when asked to sit in the area located for the buffet. Better signage may help with this. Otherwise fantastic

4/10The beef burger is verr dry. looks like it has been reheated few times Chicken burger is also difficult to swallow , it is very hard.

9/10Overall the food and service were wonderful. For a restaurant in the hotel we were pleased with the meal and enjoyed the downtime after a day of travel. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff did not hover or make us feel rushed. The only star they lose is on price, the food was good but in excess of £20 for a burger is a bit high. The prices could be a bit more reasonable for what you get.

10/10The service was excellent, our server Aaron really looked after us. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. They even went above and beyond and sang happy Birthday to my husband and gave him a free cake.
