This is my absolute favourite place to dine ever! The food is exquisite but what really shone for me was the outstanding service, all the waiters were warm, welcoming, gave great eye contact and they actually listened. I never receive such great service than at Harrods. Thank you for making my dinner so special.

A short menu: Should ensure focus and thus quality, but numerous of the dishes not available and some of those that were served cold (due to be being explicitly prepared earlier in the day).

Love the harrods food hall - have tried a few spots there now and this place has incredible service to match. Food was excellent and the Wagyu with the bone marrow sauce hit the spot. Great truffle fries, not overpowered at all. Thank you.

The venue looked very disappointing, the furniture looked old and floor quite dirty. I have to say I have eaten at many restaurants and this should be ranked one of the worst, particularly considering the price of the dishes. My chicken dish was ok but my partners steak ( Kobe wagyu) at £150 was tough and tasteless. Even at 50% I would not go back or encourage anyone else to go. The prawn cocktail starter could have been prepared by anyone and again sub standard. The service started off well, but then it took forever to get the bill! Finally for a restaurant or dinning hall that charges easily over £100 per head should have restrooms at least. They were located in the shopping mall a few floors down!

A pleasant experience. We enjoyed what we had, but wasn’t blown away. I guess with such a prestigious venue, my expectations were much higher. Definitely worth a visit though.

A lovely evening at The Grill among friends. A very professional and friendly welcome and service throughout the dinner. The food was very good (Harrods standards), fresh and tasty. Red meat and chicken are cooked to perfection. A la carte and the menu options are perfect depending on your taste and appetite (the 3-course menu is delicious and very good value for money). A nice ambience with loungy music (not too loud) that is perfect for a casual dinner with your better half or with friends.

Service and food were both spot on. Our waiter/waitress duo Laszlo (apologies if that spelling is incorrect) and Sylvia were brilliant. A real credit to the Grill. Food was served quickly and very tasty.
