3/10Luckily this was booked on a fork promotion, I would not of wanted to pay full price. The service was terrible and the staff were extremely rude. When the food finally did arrive it was cold and undercooked. Not what you would expect from Harrods. Finally, when our server asked if we enjoyed our food, I explained and no apology was forthcoming, just further rudeness.

8.5/10service was spot on, the food was really good quality, however, there was a bit too much fat in the steak cut we got, but I guess that depends on the cut by chance rather then an external factor that can be moderate. overall it was a happy experience and we enjoyed the meal!

2/10Food was average. I booked through The Fork app which had 50% off the bill. I definitely wouldn’t have paid full price for the food - it wasn’t even good enough at 50% off. Staff were inattentive and I had to wave them over anytime I needed something. There are not that many tables, so I couldn’t understand the slow and unaware service. I live in London but won’t be returning to The Grill. It’s obviously aimed at tourists shopping at Harrods - there’s no other way they would get away with average food and drinks at that price.

7/10You’re paying top dollar because you’re in Harrod’s. Two steaks, 2 Cesar salads, one glass wine, 2 soft drinks and a bottle of water almost $275 USD. It was ok, but nothing special. There’s other options in the city that serve delicious steaks at a more wallet friendly price.

10/10We were really happy about everything. The service is exceptional! My daughter said it's the best stake she's ever had. And trust me, that says something! We also had live music on Friday night and the ambience was very vibrant, it was excellent!

10/10Lovely place to eat after a shopping spree. Menu is limited but the food tastes good. Food was of great quality was delicious. Really lovely service and live music added to the ambiance. Had high chairs for my children and kept checking in to see if we were ok.

6/10The prices on the menu on fork were incorrect, where it says £45 for a flat iron steak for two people including two sides etc, it is actually £45 for a steak alone. I wouldn’t have booked a table knowing how expensive the place was as I am a student. We ended up spending £60 more than anticipated.

7/10It was my second time in the Harrod’s dining hall but this time the service didn’t live up to my expectations. There was live music this time, however the singer contributed to creating noise rather than a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The food quality is very good, though, and I love the hustle and bustle of this dining hall, so this place is worth a visit.

8.5/10Harrod's is an iconic place to visit in London, and everyone who can should have a meal here - whether that's High Tea, one of their "bars" (sushi, champagne, etc) or as we did, the Grill. The room is very nice, with a view of the Food Hall and all its variety: a fun space, The hostess was lovely, we were given a choice of sitting at the bar, a high table, for a low tables: we chose a low table and again, given a choice of which table. Much appreciated. The waiter was very friendly, answered our questions well. We split a Caesar Salad, which was a perfect light appetizer ahead of steak One of the best dressings I've had. Ordered a half carafe (375ml) of Harrod's Argentine Malbec: enough for a lunch for two. For the main we got the 300g Ribeye Steak for Two, with the peppercorn sauce, and a single side of Truffle & Parmesan fries to share. I'm usually not a fan of truffle fries: I love truffles but having them like this seems a "tease." Pleasantly surprised: fries were excellent, hot, the parmesan balanced well with the truffles. Served with both aioli and ketchup (good thing: I prefer aioli & my husband ketchup!) Now to the ribeye. Well - what can I say? Last month was in Florence, I've recently been to Avila, Calgary, Chicago, Buenos Aires and many excellent steak houses elsewhere. This didn't taste as fatty or flavorful as I expect from a ribeye and, while it was a good steak, it wasn't in the class of a Florentine steak, a chuletón in Avila, or an Argentine steak a la parrillada. Very good - but not great. Let's just say the peppercorn sauce was a nice add on. The bill £135 (incl a £2 cover charge & automatic 12.5% gratuity.) Had that been what we paid, would not have been as pleased. With our excellent Fork discount our bill was £80 and we were happy with our visit. Absolutely a great way to experience Harrod's Grill!

9/10Delicious food and great selection on the set menu but service was quite slow. We asked for water 3 times and waited about 15-20 mins for our drinks at the beginning of Service. It was very surprising as there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant.

9/10Enjoyed our meal, the service was really top notch - friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Front of house was lovely and observant: wishing us a happy anniversary and seating us at a table with a good view of the live singing performance. It was lovely to watch the live singers whilst waiting for our meal. Our tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. Generous portions for truffle fries. Saying that the food was quite slow to come and for the price point I would expect the steak quality to be slightly better. Overall we had a lovely impromptu evening to celebrate our anniversary. Would still recommend to anyone wanting a romantic evening.

8/10The food was delicious, the only thing my stake was not cooked properly, it was more medium rare than med- well done, but they quickly replaced it, otherwise food was very good. I enjoyed live music, it was a bit noisy around and toilet on another floor, ( a quest to find it!!) but its not the fault of the restaurant.

5/10Service was respectful, communicative but waiting for the main was about a 30+ mins wait. There was technical issues with gas which naturally caused major issues in the kitchen which I understand is no one fault, but service was very slow, food was ok - definitely not worth the full price. I'd be massively disappointed if I had paid £300+ plus for this meal, a shame.

8/10Food was lovely and service was amazing! Only thing I was a little disappointed with was that many dishes had ran out already when we had our lunch at 13:30 - sirloin, tomahawk, fillet steak and basque cheesecake had already ran out. Cost is expensive obviously but the quality was quite good. Still overpriced, but with the discount from TheFork the meal was much more economical and worth the trip!
