4.5/10Service excellent, ambience poor and sandwiches poor - selection woeful and dull - not a patch on the previous Georgian Rooms ambience and over priced for what it was - very dull location The service was excellent and the staff delightful but somewhat belied the quality of the food

6.5/10I was surprised to find that the afternoon tea basic cost had increased from £65 when I made booking to £73 today - no notice of the increase had been given in the three emails sent by you between these dates.

10/10We celebrated my sister in laws 40th Birthdayy . Although the original room I had once visited was being renovated the new space was beautiful and the after tea was everything we hoped for, we had a a wonderful experience, loved the piano player

10/10This is the perfect place to bring your family to enjoy a British tea. My family was looking for a little less formal tea in London and with a better selection of foods for my young grandchildren to enjoy. The tea was just what we hoped to find. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. And you can shop at famous Harrods either before or afterwards.

7.5/10The food and ambience were wonderful the service on the other hand left a lot to be desired we felt that we were overlooked , we had to ask twice for a refill on the tea , and then waited what seemed an eternity for the waitress to bring the card machine so we could pay the bill

10/10I am Welsh. Now residing in the U S A. Always wanted to enjoy afternoon tea at Harrod's. Finally did it today with two teenage grandsons. They were not disappointed and I was thrilled with the whole experience. Would do it again in a heart beat!!!

10/10Amazing service from beginning to end. Michael was our waiter who was so attentive the attention to detail was second to none. The quality of food and drink was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this afternoon tea pure luxury nothing was too much trouble. The pianist was so lovely too. Will definitely return.

10/10Although it may be a bit pricey- you just can’t beat the experience. The little girls I was with loved it!! The tea was lovely, the service top notch and the food was delicious!! Definitely a must if your visiting London.

10/10I sent my daughter for her 50th along with her husband... I can honestly say she was bought to tears by the whole experience she absolutely loved it.. Maybe one day I will experience it too.. So thank you to all the staff for making her birthday so spacial.
