Starter - Camembert bite and bread selection with truffle oil. - great Main - roast turkey and pork belly. Quite dry. Served below acceptable temperature. Pud- a made up Eton mess and Vanilla/Orange Brûlée. -interesting. Wine - merlot (protagonist?) acceptable. Sauv Blanc - pleasant. Coffee absolutely awful. You need to sort that out Can’t fault the staff however

Waitress slow, and got drinks order wrong. Drinks took 30 mins to come, food took almost 1 and a half hours, took 20 mins to get the bill. Didn't stay for dessert as didn't want to wait around for it. Food was good other than kids burger roll was rock hard .

On the whole the food was good if a little on the cool side. The roast potatoes were not really roasted, not crisp on the outside. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. The hunters chicken was a bit on the dry side. The apple tart tarting was cold in the middle. Served by friendly staff.

My husband had the steak which had gristle through it. We did mention it to the waitress and when checking out.

My daughter has a tree nut, peanut and seed allergy. This also includes traces. The gentleman who waited on us was excellent making sure my daughters food was safe for her to eat.

Booked a table for around 7pm for our anniversary, the servers were very nice and helpful. We ordered our food (steak) and although it was cooked great the actual quality of the steak was very poor and over half of it was gristle. The drinks were quite expensive too which put me off buying what I usually would. The service from staff was great but the food was not worth the price. The ambience was lovely at first but then a family sat next to us with children that screamed and dogs barking which dampened it a little. I would probably go there for a drink in the beautiful garden but not again for a meal.

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere but our main arrived 90 minutes after being seated. A little hard with a child with us. A good selection on the menu

This pub/restaurant is wonderfully spacious, full of character and in a lovely park-like location - ideal for covid times. We last visited in May, when we gave it 5* for service. This time we were disappointed. Our lunch took 3 hours - the staff seemed more concerned to stand at the bar drinking and chatting than attending to the clients, and they were not all very friendly or welcoming. Perhaps the current countrywide staffing shortages are to blame. We shall not be in a hurry to return.

All the dishes were excellent, lasagne, lamb and the fish special. I thought that the waitress was efficient and personable. Altogether an enjoyable experience.

Customer service was great but we ate our meals at different times as a main was brought out with the starters. We didn’t order a dessert as we didn’t get offered it until it was too late. We didn’t get offered drinks during the meal. That said. Food was brilliant. And our waiter was a great guy.

My only complaint is that we were asked 5 times if every thing was alright with our food, on each occasion interrupting our conversation and our train of thought. Once is fine, if anything was not alright I would have said

We had both been to the Longbridge Mill before and had enjoyed previous visits. My friend (unbeknown to me as I have not seen her in 15 years) has a rapeseed allergy and it turned out that almost everything in the menu was cooked in rapeseed. She said this never used to be the case with the chain of pub) Whilst the waitress was very helpful liasing with the chef 3 times ,it did leave her with only two choices , and in the end she went for a pulled chicken pizza. The chicken however did not seemed to be "pulled", it was just regular plain cooked chicken, so I think my friend was disappointed. Whilst the restaurant was very Empty, I waited 25 minutes to receive the drink I ordered, so when I chased up my half pint I increased into a pint instead as I knew I would wait longer If I wanted another. I don't know of they had a staff shortage? The girl who served us was lovely and very helpful, it's just everything seemed to be very slow coming to us. My food was ok. The beer was delicious.

The place was great. The food was good - proper pub food so nothing fancy but very tasty and arrived promptly. The service was great and they were perfectly happy for us to just sit and chat. Lots of room between the tables and everyone had masks on, so no concerns about spacing.
