Broad menu. Good choice of drinks. Good for a quick eat before going somewhere else, but not comfortable enough to stay for the evening. Fine for a meet with friends.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch : got there exactly on time only to find the place was in darkness and a large padlock was on the front door: what a waste of my time; disappointed that the booking was accepted and then no one contacted me to say they wouldn’t be open. Here’s hoping in the future other people waste their time by not turning up for bookings.

Very average food, like pub food, all defrosted with little flavour, smaller portions than expected. Our waiter was friendly, but I wouldn't return as the food was pretty bad.

Went to Gas Monkeys through the Fork Festival. Never again! On walking in we were made to sit at a small table by the door, even though there were a number of other tables free. This was rectified later. Very strange service, had to write your own order out and made me pay each time I got a drink food etc. Otherwise they wanted my bank card behind the bar! The food is substandard, the nachos were weird tasting and cold, they had cucumber and sliced onion with parsley on the top! I had a glass of Malbec, which I would have had a second but it tasted like a wine that hadn’t had time to mature. The only thing that was good was the steak and chips.

The food wasn’t great, steak was oily and fatty. Egg pan was a little dirty in the handle. Oreo cheesecake was forgettable and ice cream was over iced.

We was informed by fork it was 30% off but on paying the bill gas monkey said that they would only take 20%off coz that's what they agreed apperently. Any manager seemed nice by giving my daughter's a gas monkey t shirt each so sort of made up for the 10% loss.
