This was our first ever afternoon tea and we will always remember it. The first thing that stood out to us has been the excellent service from our dedicated waitor, he was very attentive and kind, made us feel very welcome. The table set up, attention to detail and surroundings were impeccable. We loved the food and tea, very tasty and everything freshly made.

The service was amazing on all counts ???? we were served by Maria and other staff members who supported my friends mum, who is disabled to get from her wheelchair to the table. It was emotional to see how everyone was so caring and supportive, especially the door men Charlie & John Thank you, Maria ,and the other staff member who was supportive when we first arrived. ❤️ This is the afternoon tea ???? we will always go to, staff past and new are wonderful. We miss Jonathan ???? ❤️ but the service was amazing. Knowing my friend Hilldette's mum had not walked for a year, but she took steps with supportive staff .

Prefect location in central London for Afternoon Tea. The tea room was intimate and cosy. The service was attentive but not over the top and the food was delicious! One of the best afternoon tea experience i have had!

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Palm Court. The staff were really attentive and were happy to replenish our sandwiches and box up anything we couldn’t eat. The food was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We were staying at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel and booked afternoon tea at the Palm Court for the day we arrived in London. We were tired from the transatlantic flight, and this was just what we needed! Lovely, attentive service in a serene atmosphere. We went for afternoon tea at another famous location the day after. Our impression overall was that both tea rooms had excellent tea; the Palm Court had the best clotted cream and jams; while the tea sandwiches, scones, desserts and lemon curd were better at the other tea room (which also cost about 20£ more per person). Would definitely have tea at the Palm Court again if visiting London and staying at or nearby to the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel.

This was a very good experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Birat and Maria were fantastic. We were there for my wife’s birthday and they made it a memorable afternoon for us. They were very good with our 7 year old. We will highly recommend this place. The food and the various varieties of tea were lovely and delightful.

I had afternoon tea here two years ago. I was impressed by the choice of sandwiches because there were enough on the plate and they all tastes really nice. The bread they used was also impressive. There was beetroot bread, carrot bread and another type of coloured bread which was soft and tasty. The sandwiches last Monday was dry and nothing ordinary. I was also surprised that there were about three choices of sandwiches and one wrap for two people. The scones shrunk compared to what we had before. In fairness, it was still nice. The choices of cakes was not as good as it was. Compared to my first visit there, there was a significant reduction in the amount of food in the tray. Whilst we were told that we can ask for more, the visual of it looked disappointing straightaway. I saw the food and my appetite was gone. There don’t seem to have anything interesting to look at, hence there is nothing appetising to look forward to. The tea pot as usual was too hot to handle, perhaps you could opt for a much safer pots to be used. An accident waiting to happen in my opinion. The service was excellent of course, but the ambience it seemed was lost. The seats were not that comfortable. Perhaps it could be my disappointment with the food that I instantly wanted to get out of there. I felt bad for taking my family there because I was telling them about how great the food there was compared to the other places we went to, only for them to feel disappointed as well.

The staff were attentive without being in your face. Everything was explained, we were not rushed the food quality was good, our request to replace salmon with chicken was accommodated without any fuss. A very pleasant experience, I would return and recommend

Just enough options. Not every afternoon tea menu has a vegetarian option, and this one did - plus the choice to add a glass of a couple different sparkling wines. The staff was very kind to us, checking in just enough without being intrusive, and the area of the hotel the Palm Court is in is as pretty as the rest of it. This was our first meal after arriving in London and checking in, and it was a good place to land while hungry and still jet-lagged. The salmon sandwich was the winner, though everything was good.

We had a delicious Easter afternoon tea. The food was really nice, the service excellent and it felt like a real treat. The lighting was a bit dim where we were sitting, but otherwise a very nice experience.
