Came 10minutes early but couldn't be seated until the exact time of booking even with my 88 year old mum. Then had to wait 30 mins for the food even though it was pre ordered. Food was of varying quality. I had pre paid through the website as per the instructions but then they wanted to charge me again at the end of the meal. Disorganised.

Very nice ambiance. The food was amazing, we felt very welcomed. It was a wonderful experience and a very nice day to celebrate my mother birthday!

What a lovely afternoon tea. Plenty of delicious food, made fresh and beautifully presented. The table was set up in true High Tea fashion. The service was good and attentive. Two of my guests ordered Earl Grey tea but received English Breakfast, I had the botanical tea which was lovely. I felt a bit rushed, We were not seated until all my guests had arrived meaning we were not seated until 2.10pm with our booking ending at 3.30pm. 1.5 hours is not long enough, having made the effort to get my friends together it would be good to have a little more time, we had lots to catch up on!

Thank you for your feedback. As you can appreciate tardiness of guests creates a terrible experience for all. We have a policy to wait until all guests arrive as table service that is done in dribs and drabs is difficult to manage with so many guests. All guests are seated together to ensure all guests have equal experience. It can be unpleasant waiting for your guests to arrive without being served and your perception would be that you had been neglected whilst you waited for your guests as table service does not start until all guests are seated. As you can appreciate we must clear and reset tables promptly so that other guests aren't inconvenienced by guests that arrive late. We do our very best to ensure errors aren't made in guests drinks orders and would have been most happy to rectify this error at the time had we been advised. Should your two guests like to return for a complimentary cup of Earl Grey Tea, we would be only too happy to make good. We are delighted your experience was enjoyable.

Beautiful venue. Great and attentive staff. Felt very welcomed and special. Food quality is excellent. Definitely will be coming back again.

There was plenty of food and every item was delicious. The service was great and they checked in often. The decor and vibe of the room was nice and cosy. We will definitely return one day for another special occasion
