Informed in advance a special birthday - no acknowledgement of my husbands special day. Under staffed which meant had to wait a substantial amount of time for service and then further wait for food. Generally customer service needs to be improved. Toilet area needed a good hoovering . Food itself was satisfactory

We have just been to the Queen's were we enjoyed an amazing dinner and our service was second to none. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We went new year not enough staff,people walking out, we got recommended to go there, food was ok, won’t rush to go back

The food was delicious. Staff not so good. We had to ask for water three times. They also seem to no idea whether they had non alcoholic beer. We asked twice and nobody got back to us with an answer. The food more than made up for the small niggles though.
