Wish I could afford to live in Westend because I would be in for every meal! Thankfully the foods very reasonably priced and I could not fault the service. Great ambience in the outdoor area of a late afternoon will be back asap.

I think it would be nice if the staff came around to the table and asked if we wanted any more drinks, desserts etc. We were left very much alone for almost our entire visit. It would be good to interact with the lovely staff and we would probably buy more drinks!

Great service- friendly & efficient staff. Fantastic steak cooked to perfection . Not too noisy which is rare in restaurants. Will definitely return soon.

Friendly small pub. Cheerful and attentive staff. Good food - better than the usual pub grub. Eye fillet steaks, bug linguine, etc but of course good burgers. Good range of craft beers on tap.

Been a few restaurants on this spot but this one seems to hit the mark, it has reasonable priced food, good selection and the sizes are also good on the portions (in fact in some meals bigger than expected). There is app ordering so you can just pay your own way easily which is good. Food was delivered in a timely way and the wait staff checked in everything was ok. There is now disability access, with ramp but the door isn't automatic and toilet access requires a walk / drive around the building which is a bit of downside.

The staff were fantastic at the Raven Hotel. The food was ok- not great; not bad. More than pub food but the menu is limited and for the food on offer the price is expensive.

This was my second occasion dining here. As a local we want to support new business. Both times menu items were unavailable.

Unfortunately we are still adjusting to when our quiet/busy periods are and as we make a lot of our items in house sometimes we underestimate the popularity of certain items and they sell out. We are working on adjusting to this so that our locals can enjoy all that our menu has to offer every day of the week. We hope to see you again in future.

Probably suffering a little by being the newest offering in West End. Felt slightly understaffed for the quite large Friday evening crowd. Food wasn’t bad but would not say it’s a “must go there” experience

The restaurant was very busy as it was opening night so the staff were very stretched. My partners food arrived 15 minutes before mine. I ordered the zucchini pasta which was just strands of zucchini with a small amount of pesto and nothing else. The most tasteless meal I have had in a while.

Our opening night had a larger turn out than expected, future focus on service and wait times for busy nights will be a priority. It was good as a first opening night. Definitely a room to improve.. especially on dessert.. Compound chocolate tart? shortening base..?; Passion fruit mousse.. would be better if it's half of the portion and have a layer of passion fruit on top to bring more flavour and colour to it. Just a thought. Enjoyed the evening.. hope this become a our go to place in the neighbourhood:)
