When my girlfriend and I arrived we were received by the waiter in the restaurant, we then confirmed that we booked through the Fork app and for the £10 menu. After some time, another waiter came to take our order, and to our surprised she said that she was not aware of this offer nor the app. She then called her manager who told us that this offer was in their old menu and it was no longer valid. He then left us without saying anything: This situation caused us a big embarrassment and miscomfort. Very disappointing experience.

We hadn't been before, but went on a family recommendation, we were not disappointed! Absolutely loved the food, fresh and plentiful. There was sooo many choices on the menu, we were spoilt for choice. The service was great, clearing our not so big table throughout the meal so that we had enough room to move. The whole menu was very good value for money and we were lucky enough to take advantage of an unexpected 50% off our meal too which was an even better bonus! Will definitely visit again when we are in Bristol.

Amazing food and great service. Having 50% off helped a lot otherwise it may have been a bit pricey but with the discount it was really good value for money. Food came quickly and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a bit sticky but other than that no complaints!

The food quality is not matching with the expensive price. The chicken and lamp skew were super cold (supposed to be hot) and tough. Octopus was too burnt and tasted bitter.

We've eaten at The Real Greek fairly frequently & have usually found it to be pretty good, which is why we chose to eat there on NY's eve. Unfortunately, this time around it was disappointing & both my husband & I gave it a 4/10. Although the staff were polite enough, the service was really, really slow & without enthusiasm - they were just going through the routine. The food was slapped together, dry, & unpalatable. And disappointingly, they were playing Western music when Greek music would definitely have given it a bit more ambience & authenticity. On a scale of 1-10 of us ever going back, it would be a 2.

I Was a bit disappointed with the size of portions for the price we were charged and didn't think it was value for money . Also a service charge says it's discretionary but it's automatically charged, surely it's up to the individual customer to add this . Because of this I don't think I will return
