The Real Greek exceeded our expectations! Beautiful ambience, delicious and authentic mezedes, and fabulous service. Would absolutely come again when in Manchester. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ????????????????

We dined on a Saturday afternoon. The Food was great, it came out quickly and was fresh. However the Service for taking orders, getting drinks, bill was a bit slow.

Our first visit. The waiter was attentive but there was no cider and no cream for coffee even though it was only Saturday 1.30pm. The food was good but the table was very small & wobbly and not particularly comfortable where we were sat. I booked ages ago so was expecting something a little better. It was fine for lunch but expensive I thought for the portions.

I booked The Real Greek as a surprise for my wife, as I had arranged for her daughter and son to meet us. We'll what can I say, The food,drinks and surroundings were exceptional and the service was top class. I believe this to be one of the finest restaurants I have ever visited. The whole experience was outstanding and my wife absolutely loved it. Please if you are in Manchester, you've got to visit this place. You will not be disappointed. we have visited the real greek a few times and this visit was very disapointing, i wanted mousakka and they had ran out so opted for lamb meatballs which had a peculiar taste, i and a greek salad and it was very bland and had loads of red pepper compared to the tomato onions etc. my partner had 2 kebabs,1 pork 1 chicken and he found them tasteless too, i have recommended this restaurant in the past which i won't be doing now. also the service, though friendly forgot the tap water that we asked for so we had to get her attention to bring some.

Slow service, took over an hour for main course to come out "because you have stuff from the grill". Fire alarm went off, staff did nothing. When asked, they said "oh, this happens every Saturday". Then blamed the further wait on food on the fire alarm saying "the whole building's gas goes off. We have to wait for it to be turned back on. Last Saturday it took an hour and a half!" Shocking!

Lovely restaurant in Corn Exchange. Great food & service. All staff very friendly. Reasonably priced fir Manchester City centre. Will be back.

Staff were welcoming and service was good. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. 3 out of 4 of the hot Meze dishes were barely warm. I returned the chicken dish and this was replaced with a hotter portion. The quality of the food was generally poor.

Great afternoon spent with friends and better half. Good service and great food. Had an issue with one dish and it was rectified straight away without hassle. Good very delicious and we literally had all the hot mezze dishes. Portion sizes good!
