The staff were amazing; welcoming and efficient. The atmosphere was refined and top notch. Our starters were delicious but our steak main course was a bit chewy in places. Not as good as we expected. Would have been very disappointed had we not had a discount.

Was delicious and staff was extremely tentative. Beef Wellington is the way to go or any steak for that matter. Drinks were great will for sure go back again.

The staff was friendly, but it was a long wait for food (given that the restaurant was almost empty), and the food was not great: small portions, and risotto was tasteless. not a good value for money.

This is my first time with the fork booking. We are happy with the service and also the mice ambiance. The lamb cutlets were cooked to perfection and the doughnuts were very good with salted caramel and chocolate sauce .

Standards have fell slightly, order poached eggs on brown toast, no toast arrived with the eggs, when I asked white toast arrived and the eggs had gone cold, at least they did not charge me for breakfast. The room was nice but needs decorating and a replacement loo seat would be nice. Xxxxxxx

We enjoyed our dinner there , the only negative note is that when I asked for some bread with my main, but the bread was very hard, perhaps it was the left over from previous day? Although the 3 course set menu was reasonably priced and good quality, we were little disappointed about the bread :(

Enrico and his colleagues did a great job serving us the festive set menu. Price was very reasonable for three high quality courses from a really good menu. Cocktails were excellent and a taste of the fillet steak and truffles suggests some exceptional beef on hand if you're eating a la carte. Worth checking out in the Harrods/Knightsbridge area for sure.

Our starters and mains were delicious, albeit on the small side. For some reason the two waiters were unable to serve the six tables of two on time. We waited ages for drinks, ordering, starters, wines and mains. The mains were delivered to our table as we were beginning our starters and the waiter seemed very surprised when we declined them! We were eating mains before the wine arrived. We expressed our unhappiness and the manager came who was very understanding and apologetic, for which we thank him. Much better staff training needing for high end restaurant. As we were leaving the concierge took our bag ticket but instead brought us two coats! Customers should never be given some elses property by mistake. The whole experience was like Fawlty Towers......

We were welcomed into a cosy environment and had a lovely evening as a result. Staff were attentive and the food was excellent. It was a special day for us and this experience capped it beautifully.

If you want to speak and also listen what the others are saying in your table that’s the place to go, Also wasn’t crowded so no risk to catch covid. The menu is interesting, good choices and everything we ordered was good. We will go back.
