The Ribs

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and was a very pleasant find indeed: we had dinner at The Ribs two nights in a row and sampled the menu. Delicious starters and excellent quality meat - we had the slow cooked ribs and the matured meat and the meal was a delight. A selection of craft beer is available and is recommended too as well as excellent desserts. The service was brilliant - our waiter Ricardo was attentive, knowledgeable and overall a great host. Ask him to show you the different cuts of meat available, which are matured en place. Utter pleasure of a place - will definitely return again when in Porto.

Amazing experience right at the heart of Porto. Small house, cozy environment. My take was the pork shank with goat cheese and a Negroni to start. Then, the ribs, with the sauce fait maison, along with Inedit à la pression. Definitely a place you can’t miss the opportunity to know.

The dinner was great again. It’s the 3e time we where there. The meat is perfect and delicious. We are looking forward to go again.

Really great restaurant! The food was great but the service was even better, our waiter was exceptional. He had the ability to treat you like you were only customers in the restaurant (even though the place was full) so much fun!

Everything was super! We took the ribs and as dessert lemon pannacotta. We will definitely come back for another round of those delicious ribs!
