We went here for our anniversary and requested a nice table as we were celebrating. They did the reverse, putting us in a back room, tucked into a corner, facing a curtain! We understood it was busy so asked the meeter and greeter if they would let us know if a better table came up. Over a period of an hour, we saw tables being vacated and asked if we could move, but were repeatedly told no for various spurious reasons. In the end, we complained to the supervisor, who gave us dessert and champagne, which was lovely and the food was really nice, but it spoilt our evening. Even in the last half hour we were there, we could see tables free on the terrace. Shame, but it’s unlikely we’ll go back.

Good spot for a drink with a nice view if you access to the terrace. But do not recommend for dinner. Very expensive for small and not exceptional plates.

We were there for our 5 year anniversary,we chose this restaurant because it special for us.We was a bit late but he ladies on reception was very attended and nice. The view it perfect We order our starters wich taste great, fresh , and nice presentation, but we was disappointed with the seabass as we thought salsa verde means a sos and we had a little rocket salad, the seabass didn't taste amazing and the price of 28 pounds didn't deserve it. Was 2 waitresses around but look like we was ignored and we need it to call them all time. The most disappointed time was when we had a very special moment and one af the waitresses came and interrupted with the bill as they have another reservation on our sit.

Really really great service from all of them, from the entering in the lift till the end of service. Wide selection of wine and very tasty food just added a bonus to already ongoing good viber over the night.

Service was extremely slow. Had to get the attention of staff on several occasions to place orders. Forgot to bring blankets. Chose to sit inside as it was quite windy on the rooftop, however, the windows were then opened indoors despite everyone shivering in blankets inside.

A great location and lovely view. Music at a nice level and heaters and blankets available. I was disappointed with the food, maybe I chose the wrong options. Would returns for sunset drinks.

Central location off Trafalgar Square. View only seen from the bar side but not from the inside restaurant. Food is okay and service is good too. No other surprise and sure will go again.

This restaurant has an excellent location, the service was great and overall value was very good. . Would definitely recommend- ideal for pre-show meal for the west end.

Nice starters (duck, cheese Board, fried squid), and very good desserts (cheesecake and Paris-brest) but main course (beef brisket) was not of my type… anyway nice place with good views - if weather is right (and it was).

From the entry they smiled, then suddenly they rushed for the order, food was not at all to the standard of hilton, paying by card and not accepting cash to avoid large tip is really not acceptable at all. It's 21st century ! Work on your team as customers always right unlike your staff who said "read the website before coming" this is not professional.
