4/10Nothing we waited 1hour and 20 minutes for my steak not to be c9oked to how I asked it to be. The chips were hard! All in all it was the worst place ewe have eaten in a long time!

9/10I always find the Rose and Crown good all round service and quality and again it didn't disoppoint. I went with four friends who had never been and they really enjoyed it as well.

3/10I had requested a quiet table but there was also a very large table in the small section where we were seated. The adults were exceptionally loud and their very young children/babies were crying and squeeling. It would have been impossible for us to have a conversation and the noise was totally unacceptable so we apologised to the waitress and left without eating.

2.5/10The scallop and prawn starter was mediocre ..runny tasteless sauce . The ribeye steak was tough and sinewy ..the table shook when my husband tried to cut it ..onions were burnt and tomato was cold and hard ..should have been cooked . My sea bass was ok but served on a mound of mash , Tenderstem broccoli was Luke warm ..Gaelic coffees were curdled …not a good experience at all . Also ‘ladies ‘toilets were unacceptable ..not the fault of the pub but maybe they should be checked .from time to time ..first time I’ve ever had to give a bad review ????..Sorry

9/10Been to the Rose & Crown a number of times and the food is always good. The dark haired lady serving was excellent. Rushing round on her own but maintained a smile and provided excellent service.

8.8/10Table not available at booked time (20 mins late). Service variable. Waitress who served us superb, waiter poor. Food very good. Drinks choices average for this type of restaurant.
