10/10Having only recently moved to Wallingford, we wanted to take my parents somewhere a bit special when they came to visit. The service was great, all the staff are really friendly. The food was absolutely beautiful and really reasonably priced. We will definitely be back for more!

8.5/10This was our first visit to the newly refurbished Royal Standard and it did not disappoint us. Lovely sunny garden, fresh, interesting interior with a gastro pub vibe. Food is good quality, traditional english, high end pub grub, presented and served beautifully. Service was excellent. Friendly, helpful and experienced table hosts and bar staff. Would not hesitate in returning.
