The Salmon

Amazing restaurant and amazing staff. It was my best visit to some restaurant in last few years. Food was great and it wasn't very expensive. I celebrated anniversary with my wife and everything was perfect. Thank you The Salmon!

The Salmon was one of the best salmon experiences I had since moving out of Japan! Once we arrived, the waiter was very kind and a table was reserved for us. The place looks super cool but doesn't make you feel like you need to follow a dressing code - so perfect for tourists like us, getting introduced to starter salmon options. Ordered a set of salmon sashimi + the Salmon Trilogy, which offers 3 kinds of smoked salmon + salmon tartare. Outstanding flavors, really fresh fish and homemade sauces, including ponzu sauce (shoyu with yuzu, lemon). As a half-Japanese and a big fan of seafood, we couldn't have chosen better options. It ended up being more food than we expected, as it comes with bread as a side dish, so I'd recommend ordering slowly before considering the next option.

Living in Norway, we are used to excellent salmon. Still, the food in this restaurant truly is extrordinary well preserved, and the fish is of outstanding quality. You want the best of the best? You want pure tast of the best salmon in the world? This is the place.

Very good experience with this restaurant. Excellent service, quality for food, service and location. And price level was really affordable.

Great food, and service, will be amazing when it’s full. It was skip but it was 15:00, and post corona opening. We’ll be back. Great view as well there
