10/10There were complications with my booking (my fault) but the manager Mr Tahir very kindly resolved the issue for me. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Sashimi and Sushi Super Boxes were particularly interesting, well balanced, and most important, super fresh.

9/10No nonsense Japanese restaurant that I discovered a while back. The food is very good: quality ingredients, very well cooked and presented. Already been a few times, on my own and with friends and all liked it. The service is pretty good as well. Special mention to Fatima, every time I've been there she's been superb! The seating area downstairs is a bonus. Please note alcohol is not served on the premises.

10/10The service can't be better. We have a toddler and they are always very respectful and kind to him. Food is very good and comes in quite quickly. Definitely recommend it.

10/10Lovely area in the basement, was nice and cool and the decor is also really nice. Very clean and we got a bell to ring when we needed something, as all staff is upstairs. We enjoyed it as we had some privacy and it wasn’t too crowded, which made it a better experience as was way too warm outside! The food was delicious! Really well presented and very good quality - cannot wait to go again! Highly recommend. Also wanted to say thank you to Tahir for looking after us so well and all the staff too.

6.5/10Service was alright, as we arrived the restaurant and took a table, we were told that there is no discount for the booking yet when we were booking it showed 50% discount. Not sure whose control is this, either ‘The Fork’ or the restaurant itself but that was disappointing.
